The roof work itself was great, but three years later, we are still regularly finding roofing nails in our yard and on our pool deck. My wife literally just stepped on one and punctured her foot, and now she needs a tetanus shot. I’m completely shocked and disappointed that we’re still finding roofing nails around our property this long after the work was completed.

I had to call CFEB a couple of times before someone answered the phone. I met with Isaiah to get a re-roof estimate for my parents house. He was very pushy and I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Their estimate was the highest one that I received and about $15-$17k more than the other contractors! To my surprise, the manager/owner Rhett Wilson is not even a licensed roofing contractor, so I am not sure what qualifications he has to be running a roofing company.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Don and the entire Central Florida Equity Builders Team. From start to finish, Don’s communication was excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Don also guided me through the insurance process and handled everything professionally. He was able to help get my roof claim settled in less than 48 hours, which completely exceeded my expectations. The crew did an outstanding job on the roof. They were professional, efficient, and did great work from start to finish. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Don and the CFEB team to anyone needing a new roof, especially if you’re dealing with an insurance claim. Five-star service all around!

Excellent service, professionalism, timeliness, price and attitude. I used them to fix a drip over our finished sunroom. They came right out and gave me a very honest assessment on how to fix the drip. Other companies gave quotes and opinions but were pressuring me to replace the roof - which I knew was completely unnecessary. Tim explained how it could be fixed for a fraction of a replacement. Two months after the work was completed, I had a question about the fix and they came by right away to investigate. They went ahead and added some reinforcement (I'm trying to avoid boring the reader with technical details so I'll just say reinforcement). It was not due to any workmanship on their part. They never complained, hesitated or gave pushback. These guys are first rate! If I ever have a roofing problem or know someone else who does - Central Florida Equity Builders is your company.

Wow! Walker was our account rep and Dillon the project manager who both did an awesome job from start to finish. Walker was totally transparent about what to expect and thoroughly explained the process. The 5 person roofing crew was incredible as they completed a tear off and replace job on our 2400 square ft house and separate garage in 2 days. I have replaced a few roofs in the past, and this was by far, my best experience!
