To provide some context, our sales representative Duncan and construction lead Eddie did discuss the flashing options with you prior to installation, including the surface-mounted approach versus cutting into the stucco for a recessed fit. You opted against the stucco cut due to the additional cost, and we proceeded accordingly to complete the work as agreed. After the project was finished, we understand your concerns arose, and we promptly offered two resolutions at no additional charge for one option: painting the flashing to better match your home's exterior, or removing it and performing the stucco cut (with associated charges applying for the extra labor and materials). We sent over a detailed repair estimate, but we haven't received a response yet. We regret that this didn't meet your expectations and that you felt blindsided—maintaining clear communication and preserving your home's curb appeal is important to us.   Dealing with Megram Construction has been the most miserable experience of my life and I've dealt with a lot of other companies in the past. The complete and total lack of communication amongst various people in their company has been absolutely ridiculous. After paying half of the total fees up front, I then waited nearly 2 1/2 months to even get a response of when my roofing job would be done or if was even on their schedule. I called the office multiple times and even left a voicemail, no response. The project manager did a lousy job at keeping me informed of when the job would start. The roofers didn't even reroof my shed when they reroofed my house even though it was in my contract to do so. Rotten facia board and warped metal siding were left on my house even though I was assured these things would be fixed before they finished the roof. I took multiple days off work to be home to make sure everything went well. They reroofed my entire house in 1 day. After they left, a few days later, my neighborhood had a severe torrential downpour of rain and I had 4 new leaks in my roof that I never had prior to them going on my roof. I had to drive 50+ miles out of my way to go home and open my automatic gate because I had workers at my house when I was never told they were coming to begin with. This has happened multiple times where I never knew anyone was coming and wasn't even contacted until the workers were already sitting in my driveway waiting. I had the sales manager get involved and he aoplogized for the poor communication and told me that I would only deal with him from now on. That only lasted for a day or 2. I still have quite a few text and/or voicemails that have still not been answered or responded to. If you're looking for a company to reroof your house, that is open and honest and communicates every step of the process clearly and effectively, then I would NOT recommend Megram Construction because you will indoubtedly be left disappointed.

  DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! Hired Megram on 5-22-2021 to replace roof, gutters, screen enclosure & interior ceiling drywall. Was told by Jody Spellman of Megram that my total out of cost would be my deductible of $1000. Gave Megram down payment on 5-22-2021 and gave a 2nd check on 12-12-2021. Told Spellman on that date I am still waiting for final insurance payment. Now, I get served with claim of lien from Megram; I've never even received a itemized statement of the balance owed not to mention they did not complete all of the work in the insurance quote.

  When we needed a new roof our insurance company, Security First, recommended Megram Construction. Duncan McCartha, the job superintendent came to inspect the damage. He was kind and courteous and very thorough documenting the hail damage. When the claim was accepted Duncan and his team contacted us to schedule the repair. The crew completed the job in one day, tear off, install and cleanup was all done expertly. Cleanup was very thorough. We are very pleased with our new roof and the job done by Duncan and his team. We highly recommend Megram Construction for your roofing needs.

  These guys rocked it out! From the initial phone call with Taylor, to the gentleman named Eddie (who is the nicest guy you will talk to who performed the initial inspection) to the roofer that came to the house to take care of my issue - Megram is the way to go.
