  Be aware of Raptis Roofing: after repairing our roof we experienced severe leaks in our home, which never leaked prior to the repairs. It’s been a month now with calls and emails trying to get them to return to correct our issues! I would not recommend using them as a roofing contractor!!

  Hello Mark, Your interior leak existed PRIOR to the roof being completed. Your insurance company documented the leak both on your estimate as well as with date stamped photos which we have. After the roof was completed it became apparent that your issue is not the roof but the chimney. Which is installed improperly (too close to the ridge not allowing sufficient space for saddle flashing) and not to Florida building code standards. Secondly, upon inspection we discovered and documented the existing wood rot around your chimney which is more evidence that your chimney has been leaking for a long time. Wood rot does not appear over night or within weeks. We have communicated to you multiple times that your chimney is the problem, and that multiple areas above your flashing is the culprit. In order to address your leaking chimney you will need to contact a stone repair/chimney repair company to rework the area as we are a roofing company and do not specialize in chimneys. To help you we have even tried to call companies on your behalf to facilitate your chimney being repaired. Lastly, we were nice enough to place a tarp over your chimney for free to avoid further water intrusion.

  Horrible company. They knocked on my door soliciting, I came on the camera and told the salesman that I wasn’t interested, my wife came to the door and he continued his sales pitch with no regards to me telling him that I wasn’t interested. He convinced my wife that he could get us a new roof so she allowed him to go up onto the roof of a rental property that we have, they told us that we had lots of damage and they would put a tarp on the roof temporarily, the roof claim was denied by the insurance and the insurance company told Us that whoever put the tarp up caused more damage to the roof because they put over 100 nails into the roof. We contacted the roofing company to tell them what the insurance company told us and Raptis roofing told us that if we don’t want to change the roof that even though they damaged the roof that they couldn’t help us because they don’t repair roofs, they only replace them. I will never use this company nor will I e er recommend them and will let everyone know what they did to us. They don’t even deserve the minimum 1 star that I gave them

  I had a wonderful experience with Raptis Roofing and Joe Bollinger my project manager. Joe inspected my roof, found hail damage, and worked with my insurance company who covered the roof replacement. The company was easy to work with. Cristina, the Production Manager kept me informed through the installation process. I highly recommend Raptis Roofing.

  David & Corbin are AMAZING! They are so down to earth and make this whole intimidating process feel approachable, reasonable, and easy to understand. They worked their smarts to help our insurance rightfully cover our roof, and we could NOT be happier! We are forever grateful for their wisdom and grace! Tracy is also helpful and Raptis is an excellent company. I highly recommend others to trust them with this process!

  I am not a roofer and expect roofers to evaluate my roof. When Daniele showed up at my door she asked if she could inspect my roof. She came down with a lot of pictures of damage so I let her check with my insurance and even though they were reluctant my insurance covered the re-roof. To my surprise there was 6 areas that had rotted wood and looking where the areas were located we saw that we had leaks in not very obvious areas. Also my chimney was a mess and they fixed it. Thanks to Daniele I got it done and her materials were better then what was there. Oh, and I have a fairly large roof yet her crew got it done in 2 days.

  Sales representative was excellent- Austin Groover - He worked diligently with the insurance company and their adjusters. Eventually they got it done. The Team was always ready to address any issues or needs. Once I got clearance from the HOA it was smooth sailing. The roofers worked extremely hard to accomplish the project in 3 or 4 days. Well done.
