Place is a scam. I had an appointment from 12-2. No one showed up. It took 4 phone calls to finally receive a sorry excuse on why no one could show up. The address listed is not real. I went to location and the place doesn't exist!

I wanted to share my experience with Vivid Harbor Roofers. My roof was getting older and had started leaking near the garage, so I called for an inspection. Zachary came out, checked the roof carefully, and was the only roofer who also went into the attic to look inside. He explained that the soffit ventilation was not enough, which caused heat to build up in the attic, leading to damaged plywood and shingles wearing out too soon in the Florida heat. The crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They replaced the damaged insulation, fixed the roofing issues the right way, and installed a beautiful new roof that really stands out. The whole process felt professional, thorough, and easy. I’m very happy with the workmanship and how much better my home is protected now.

The roofing crew did an excellent job installing a new roof on our home and garage. They started on time, moved the project along quickly, and finished the work in a professional way. Customer service was outstanding, and Angel made sure we always had clear answers to any questions about the roofing process, materials, and final details. They also handled a few extra items to make the whole job come out right, including replacing damaged fascia boards on the garage and adding a new roof vent for better airflow. In the Homestead heat and weather, it is important to have a strong, well-installed roofing system, and this team delivered exactly that. The new roof looks great, the workmanship is solid, and we feel confident it will protect our property for many years.

They installed a standing seam metal roof, copper gutters, and new cedar shake siding on our older home, along with replacing and building exterior window trim, copper trim, and gable and rake fascia trim. The whole roofing and exterior project turned out beautiful, with skilled workmanship and strong attention to detail from start to finish. Working on an older house can bring a lot of surprises, but Zachary came up with smart, practical solutions for every issue that showed up during the job. He was knowledgeable, talented, and clearly takes pride in quality roofing and exterior work. The crew worked hard every day, stayed professional, and kept the property clean and organized throughout the project. We are extremely happy with the final result. The new metal roof, gutters, and trim not only look outstanding, but also give us confidence that our home is better protected from Florida heat, rain, and storms. Excellent craftsmanship, dependable service, and a great team. Highly recommend.

Our roof was ready for a full replacement, and after we noticed a small leak, Vivid Harbor Roofers gave us a fair quote and got the new roof installed in about a week and a half. dale and the crew were very responsive, easy to work with, and kept the whole roofing process moving smoothly. With the heavy Homestead rain that followed, we were really glad the new roof was finished so quickly because it held up great and gave us peace of mind. They did a very good job on the reroof and also handled several extra items we asked for, including replacing and painting some siding and fascia boards and fixing parts of the gutter guard system. we appreciated how willing they were to help with the added exterior repairs and how clearly they communicated from start to finish. the crew worked hard, cleaned up well, and made sure everything looked neat when the job was done. i was impressed by how smoothly everything went. overall, we were very happy with the workmanship and the service.

I had a very good experience getting a custom gutter fabricated for a unique roofing design. It was a tricky roof drainage piece and needed a couple of adjustments, but Zachary and the crew handled it smoothly at a fair price. What stood out most was how committed they were to getting every detail right. When I needed changes, they were helpful and quick to jump back in so the gutter system fit the roof exactly as needed. Their customer service, metal roofing knowledge, and attention to quality workmanship really showed throughout the job. It is refreshing to find a roofing team that truly cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend them for custom gutters, roofing, flashing, and other sheet metal work.

Full roof replacement. i was impressed right away by the quick response and professional service from Vivid Harbor Roofers. Theodore handled the estimate and set up a same day visit, which made the whole roofing process easy to get started. After the weather cleared, leonard called to confirm the crew’s start time and keep everything on schedule. The roofing crew showed up on time and worked hard all day. They removed the old shingles, checked the decking, repaired the damaged areas, and installed the new roof in the same day. i was especially impressed with how well they cleaned up during the job instead of leaving a mess until the end. The next day, dale sent photos by email showing the roof damage and the materials that needed replacement, which gave me extra peace of mind. Great work, solid communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish.
