  After several repairs were done on my roof and 1 of which need 4 repairs because it was not repaired correctly from the beginning, the owner told me I had to pay 5k for the same repair again . Two other areas have still been leaking and they tried a repair and still leaking. Valerie the owner has completed ghosted me. No call or text back. All prestige work is done by subcontractors (roofing royale). These subs left roofing tar and mortar on my brand new patio floors. They were taking my fruits and coconuts while they were working on my property, several broke tiles where they were working. They left cement or mortar mix on the driveway with that red dye. I would not recommend them.

The repair we completed in August 2021 came with a one- year warranty- double the industry standard, and it successfully held for four years, While the warranty has since expired, we did offer to return and provide a new repair quote, It's also important to note that water travels down through a roof system and may appear in the same spot, even if the source is from a completely new leak.   I had a truly excellent experience with Prestige Roofing from beginning to end. From the first interaction I was impressed by how prompt polite and professional the entire team was. They took the time to clearly explain the process answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I felt confident and informed before any work began. That level of communication continued throughout the entire project which made the experience feel smooth reassuring and stress free. The quality of the work reflects true craftsmanship and attention to detail. The crew was respectful of my home worked efficiently and showed pride in what they do. Everything was completed as promised and the results exceeded my expectations. It is clear that Prestige Roofing values both quality and customer satisfaction.   Great job, honest company, good quality. They cleaned up everything and took pictures throughout the process so I could see the work being done. They are very thorough and took the worry out of replacing my roof.

  I've called various places to receive different quotes. Valerie was the only person that returned my calls. She was very responsive to my requests and inquiries. She scheduled to meet on a particular day and time and was not late. Her crew also came on time to make the needed repairs the following day. I will use them again.
