I recently had my roof replaced by TJ Platinum Roofing and I could not be more pleased. Octavius was the roofer who handled the job and he was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was patient when I asked questions and made sure I understood what was being done. I also made a few changes along the way and he never once made me feel like it was a problem. He listened, explained my options, and made the adjustments without hesitation. The crew worked hard and cleaned up so well afterward that you would not even know they had been there except for my beautiful new roof. I truly appreciate professionals who are kind, respectful, and take their time to make sure the customer feels comfortable. TJ Platinum Roofing and Octavius gave me exactly that experience. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs their roof replaced.
