PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY‼️ Representative: Enrique I know I have the right company unfortunately. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Florida Quality Roof Solution I recently hired Florida Quality Roof Solution for what I thought would be a straightforward roofing job. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned into a nightmare, leaving me feeling scammed and extremely frustrated. Here’s a detailed account of what happened: When I first contacted Florida Quality Roof Solution, they seemed professional and provided what appeared to be a competitive quote. Enrique assured me that their prices were transparent and that there would be no hidden fees. Based on this, I decided to move forward and signed the contract, feeling confident that I had made the right choice. As the project progressed, I began to notice several discrepancies between the initial quote and the ongoing charges. Every time I asked for clarification, I was given vague responses or brushed off with promises that everything would be explained in the final invoice. To my shock and dismay, when the final bill arrived, it was nearly double the original quote! The closing costs included a slew of hidden fees and additional charges that were never discussed or agreed upon. When I challenged these charges, I was met with hostility and told that these were standard costs that “everyone pays.” Adding insult to injury, I discovered that the contract I signed was not the same as the one they referred to in the final billing. It seems they had switched out key pages of the contract, conveniently including clauses that allowed them to inflate their prices without my consent. When I confronted them about this, they claimed that I had misunderstood the terms and that everything was above board. This blatant dishonesty is unacceptable and unprofessional. If the financial deceit wasn’t enough, the quality of the work was subpar at best. The roofing team often arrived late, took extended breaks,

I cannot say enough good things about Florida Quality Roofing and the experience our family had working with them. From beginning to end, the entire project was handled with an incredible level of professionalism. They cut no corners, the quality of the work was outstanding, and communication throughout the entire process was excellent. A special thank you to our Project Manager, Carlos Briceno, who did a spectacular job. Carlos kept everything organized, kept our project on schedule and on budget, and made sure we always knew what was happening throughout the process. His communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were exceptional. I have worked with many contractors over the years, and I can genuinely say this is the first time I have had a project of this size go this smoothly. That says a lot about the people and the way this company operates. I also want to recognize Enrique, the owner, and the entire Florida Quality Roofing team. From the demolition crew to the installation team, everyone worked extremely hard and took pride in what they were doing. We saw that commitment day in and day out. The Tejeda family is extremely grateful for all of their hard work and for making what could have been a very stressful project such a positive experience. If you are looking for a roofing company that stands behind its work, communicates with you, and does things the right way, I highly recommend Florida Quality Roofing. Thank you Carlos, Enrique, and the entire team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nuestra experiencia con Florida Quality Roofing fue excelente.
