  My husband spoke by phone with your company and said do not make an appointment for Tuesday and to make it Wednesday but the person on the company end insisted on Tuesday and my husband re-affirmed that we could not do an appointment on Tuesday and to reschedule the appointment for Wednesday which repeatedly was being ignored by the roofing company during that conversation. Thus the roofer showed up at a time that we did not schedule which was a time very not appropriate for our family and work schedule interrupting important work from home meetings with my husband's job which has priority over any roofing estimate. Our appointment was for Wednesday and the roofer showed up today on Tuesday. The roofer representative tells me he doesn't have to get up to the roof to look at it. He asked if I had insurance and said my insurance company will have a problem with my roof. I have a video and audio recording of the roofer trying to force more repair than I wish to do and basing it on the insurance would be having a problem with my roof. I've taken pictures of my roof inside and out to the roofing inspector at the building department. The inspector agrees that my roof looks really good inside. I was told I might be able to get by with just a little roofing cement in a tube extruded to reseal a small warn area. Ultimately, nobody knows really what is going on with my roof until the top is lifted to see the condition of the wood. But from inside it looks pristine. And from the outside the wood and layers are covered so there is no visual under the top layers. I will be going on top of the roof and looking under the shingles for a look and taking photographs. But I feel confident the wood is as beautiful on top as it is from the view within the attic. What it has is a tiny hand size warn area that just needs a little sealing and likely nothing more. It should be an inexpensive small tiny repair that doesn't require any wood replacement. There are roofers that show up to g

  Attached is a direct screen shot of the customers request for an appointment on November 22 @ 1PM. So to the contrary- 4th Generation Roofing showed up on time and as agreed. The Conversation was recorded with text message. 4th Generation does on an average of 250 repairs a year for roofs that we deem as qualified. Your roof had a plant growing out of it & also had several missing shingles and a major section of plywood that was caving in. All Professional roofing contractors are trained how and when to complete repairs. After our walk through we determined we were not interested in giving a quote for this work for repairs and left as you stated. We strongly feel this roof requires more than just a simple patch of tar as you described in our meeting. When we feel we are not able to complete what the customer is requesting we choose not to get involved. We are selective with the work we choose.   I had a pretty good experience with 4th generation roofing. I had the owner come to my home and give me a quote the next day after I contacted them, and had someone actually working on my roof the next business day. I really appreciated the how quick and polite everyone was.

  For everyone needing roof-related work, I simply cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish, the entire replacement of my tile roof was handled with an exceptional level of professionalism, organization, and care. The workmanship was truly top tier. Every aspect of the job--from the tear-off to the underlayment to the final installation--was executed meticulously and in full compliance with code. The finished product looks fantastic, and it was abundantly obvious that the foreman, Diego, and his crew take pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. The office provided ample guidance on selecting the materials that best met my needs, and I was kept informed at each and every stage.   We had our barrel tile roof replaced with a concrete flat tile by 4th Generation Roofing recently. Rob is the owner and Ben is the sales Consultant. I had gotten quotes from 4 companies before choosing 4th Generation. Their value was better than anyone else I spoke to. The job was on time, on budget and on point. Ben is a great communicator and alway answers your call or text which is important. The tear off crew was awesome and very tidy. They had the old roof off and had me dried in in 2 days. 4 days later the tile was delivered and placed on the roof and that same day the installation started. The job was done the next day. Super fast and clean. The tile installers were also very neat and cleaned up each day. I would highly recommend Rob and Ben and have done so. My next door neighbor contracted 4th Generation as well. He had a tile roof removed and had a new metal roof installed. The job was done in the same fashion as mine and my neighbor is very happy. Thanks Rob and Ben. John and Sandy Tsairis.

  4th Generation is amazing. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. They took extra time in protecting our house, yard and yard decor. They are fast but very efficient. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. We will be recommending to everyone for sure.

  Outstanding support from start to finish. Friendly and professional staff. We had a 20 year roof replacement done. The old roof was removed quickly and cleanly. The crew took care to protect the house and yard. The new roof was installed and looks great.

  Sara and the team at 4th Generation made what we anticipated as a difficult task, ( a new roof), into a simple project. They took care of everything with the County for plans, permits, approvals and finished the job quickly and on-time. They were careful with the surrounding landscape and left the site spotless. Sara kept us updated at every turn, and was able to answer any questions and or concerns along the way. We highly recommend 4th Generation for your roofing needs.

  I am happy to share that something that I was dreading (re-roofing) turned into a smooth, clean, well-organized and quick job. The people we dealt with at 4th Generation, primarily Rob, Sara and Diego, were highly professional, very easy to speak to in person, and did a beautiful job on our new shingle roof. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new roof!
