  A few weeks ago I called this company to get a quote for a leaking roof. The woman I spoke to told me they could have someone out next day between 9-10 to give me a quote. I waited all day for someone to show but no one did. I called back and the woman told me the estimator called out sick and she misplaced my number so she couldn’t call and tell me. She then said she could have someone come out the following day. She told me she would call me back in 10 minutes with a time. Needless to say no one called back and no one showed up to give an estimate.

  We sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. You called two days before Thanksgiving for an estimate. Our repair estimates are normally 2 to 3 weeks out. We tried to accommodate you the best that we could within that 2 day frame. Unfortunately employees do call out during the the holidays and that is something that we have no control over. Again thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us do better. We are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately.

  Great service during the estimate and execution of our roofing problem. Repaired a valley on our tile roof quickly and efficiently and at a good fair price.

  I contacted Paula Roofing and they came out the next day to assess. Within a couple of minutes of being at my home they knew exactly what the issue was and 3 days later it was fixed. They were professional from start to finish.

  Paula’s roofing came out and gave me a roof repair quote the next day after I called. Once I accepted quote, they came out quickly and repaired my roof. I would use them again for sure.

  There were 3 companies that I called to have some broken tiles fixed and to re-cement all ridge tiles. Paula Roofing LLC not only gave me the most competitive price, but they came out and did the work the very next day. I highly recommend this company because they are prompt, experienced, give great prices, and most importantly, very professional. This company will be my go to for any future repairs.   They did an excellent job with my roof. Glad I selected and trusted them. Communication was open and they met their scheduled appointments on time. Pricing was also Fair conpared to another company I asked for a quote.

  We hired Paula Roofing to do our roof. They were amazing, extremely fast and did an amazing job! I am grateful for their work and how professional and easy the process was. My brand new roof was done in less than 2 weeks. AMAZING COMPANY !!!!

  They did a great job with a repair to our roof, not only that but the staff including Lilly and her husband were amazing and patient and worked with us to schedule around our travel plans! Its hard to find a company that provides that level of care to their customers now-a-days. Totally recommend!
