Our contractor quit replying when we were having to go back and take more pictures of our roof for our insurance company. My insurance company only wanted to repair our roof instead of replace the entire thing . I guess since they aren't …

To whom it may concern: We have no records of doing any work for a "Paige Scott". On the contrary, we have helped a very large volume of customers in Arkansas. Although few, there are some of which do get denied by their insurance company. In these cases we do whatever we can to accommodate those customers with their needs according to what the insurance company has allowed and deemed necessary to repair to stay in compliance with the policy. If you would please give us a call at 501-222-1744 we would be happy to help you. Best regard, Randy Wright Owner

Front office was great! Long story short, it was very hard to get ahold of the people helping us and we got passed along from one to the other without letting us know when insurance rejected the claim. We sent an email about the lack of …

Vision Roofing is the definition of excellence. George Anderson was so detailed in explaining the procedure to replace our roof. My husband and I recommend this roofing company without hesitation. The roofers worked as a team and clean up was completed in faultless perfection. We love our new roof and smile every time we look up. Thank you George and your roofing crew for a job well done.

I looked at all the reviews on here for roofing, I found 3 with around five stars. Vision guy came out and gave me the best value, they were a little bit higher than the lowest but just a little bit, he explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. I stand by them, really good people. The first guy quoted almost 3 grand higher for the exact roof. The 3rd guy at the lowest was ok but didn’t go into the detail of explanation as Vision. I would hire them everytime for roofing.

My salesman was Josh Smith. He was professional and responsive to my emails and texts and was able to obtain insurance approval where others had failed. The installers did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly. Would recommend unconditionally.

Josh Coffee was the employee I worked with. I was going through a tough time with my brother in the hospital and he just took over for me! Educated, smart, kind, caring, PATIENT, and everything you would want with a business!

Joshua helped get the insurance process going and moved it along nicely at several points. I'd had multiple storms that damaged my roof, but they got it taken care of with ease.

Top notch company, they replaced my roof in less than half a day. Couldn’t tell they had ever been there other than the new shingles on the roof.

Roof looks great and they installed in very quickly. We had 1 issue with the install crew, they accidently threw away my leaf guards for my gutters. Vision Roofing got new leaf guards installed. Thanks.
