  Received a phone call from this business today looking for my mother. I told the man she had passed away and he immediately launched into the whole sales pitch. So you are the home owner now? Was his first question. Not an I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother, but a sales pitch. He was told 4 separate times to remove our name and number from his call list and repeatedly ignored that and tried to talk over me. He was finally told what type of a person he was and hung up on. If you are so desperate for sales that you will harass a family after being told repeatedly to leave them alone, maybe you need a new business. Or at least have a sales man with a sliver of human decency.

  The contract they offer is very one-sided, to the point that they demanded full payment before the job was 50% complete. Additionally, they left stains all over every wall of one of our bathrooms & stated they would only clean it up for an additional fee, per the contract. Finally, the toilet and sink, that they installed, are now leaking less than a year later. Overall, very disappointing.

  If there was a "no star" option I would have chosen it. On 3/21 Emilio came to evaluate my needs for a new roof and gutters. by this date 3/26 I still have not received an estimate. The office said "he went out of town for the weekend". Well that's ok, but it wasn't done the day of the visit, the next day Friday or Monday. I don't beg a company for their business. I will not be using them and do not recommend them despite after Emilio's visit they were top on my list in the running.

I apologize that we weren’t able to write you a fully itemized estimate in a timely enough manner. Following the storm on March 14th, that produced an EF2 tornado, we have been absolutely slammed . Emilio is the only engineer that we have on staff. As such, he has been delegated a lot of responsibilities with the significant structural damage that many of our customers have sustained from the storm. As the owner of the company, I take full responsibility. We wish you the best of luck choosing from one of the other estimates you procured to complete your repairs.

  Responded to my insurance problems quickly, cleaned up my yard really well, I was struggling with bills a bit and they worked with me on getting it financed and the finance fee I had troubles getting it paid but they worked with me too. I definitely reccommend Homestar.

  We have known Robert since he was a young boy. He and our older son remain friends after all these years. I knew that we would be calling him when we needed new gutters and downspouts. I thought that the price was fair. They did a nice job coordinating the schedule with others - carpenters and painters. His work crews were polite, professional and neat.

  Deck is done! Homestar Solutions were great to work with. Office girls kept on top of things! Armondo and Marteen did an amazing job at construction! It’s even better than I envisioned! Thank you, Aaron, owner of Homestar, for guiding us!! And thank you to Welco for the electrical!

  It is nice to have a contractor that lives up to what they say they will do as did Homestar Solutions. Showed up on time, did their work in a professional manner and cleaned up good when they were through. Highly recommend them.

  A limb fell on my roof, I called Homestar on a Saturday and they came and put tarps over the hole so rain could not get in.

  I was very pleased with the crew that came in to do the work and they did a good job in cleaning up. It was nice to be in contact with the management side of it, and they kept me informed that they were making sure all things were being taken care of.
