  This company replaced the roof at our house. FIRST, the did not do an accurate assessment of the job prior to installing the roof to notice a piece of flashing missing so when they installed the roof, they ran a nail right through an air conditioner hose in the middle of summer so we were out ac. Then, when called, they came and checked it out and we had to pay for a new hose because they didn't notice the flashing missing and said it was our responsibility. Fast forward to a good storm, and we notice the fireplace leaking a substantial amount of water. Call them again, they sent a guy out, he looked at it and said we had to screw it down although it did not leak before they did the roof. So, the old man climbs up there to look and notices they never even sealed it back down and there is no telling how much damage has been caused now. How can you tell a customer that they have to screw something down when it is your fault is leaking? Had the home owner call this time and some one is supposed to be out tomorrow to "inspect it" again. We shall see!

  Karli is not the home owner. I call the real homeowner about this post and she said that she is a happy customer and has no issues with us. I'm not sure what is going on with Karli Bieker If you are roofing a house and you run a nail into a A/C line that means that the house was not built up to code. The roof we installed was done correctly. The metal around the fireplace from what I could tell has never been screwed down. I met with the homeowners son and I couldn't see where it may be leaking. I asked him to call me the next time he sees it leaking and I would come out day or night to track down the leak. the first time it rained I called him and no water was coming in. The next time it rained I called him again and still no leak. I told him again at this time for him to call me if it happens again. I still have not heard back from him. The real homeowner is happy with our company

  The only reason there is one is because it won't post u unless you chose at least a 1 . Not at all happy, will not recommend to anyone we know, Did not put up the drip guard, even after being show and told what we wanted they did what they wanted, guess the customer does not come first with them

  This was posted before Linda talked to me. We are very good about settling issues with homeowners. What Linda is talking about is a area on the roof that her and her husband didn't think anyone could fix but them selfies. ( I feel the same way about somethings in my life ;) )I don't blame them for getting so mad at us. They put a lot of time and effort into trying to fix their roof so it would not leak. The house has a flat roof on back of the house. Where the flat roof connects to the house. The homeowners installed a couple of runs of singles across that area and asked us not to remove them when we put on the new roof. After we got started we found out that the shingles that the homeowners installed was not installed properly so we had no choice but to roof the house the correct way so we could guarantee our work. Linda posted this online before talking to me about what happen. She would not answer my phone calls or return my messages for 2 days. I had to catch them at home. After I finally caught them at home I was able to tell them what had happen and how the shingles that they installed was not properly done and was going to cause some problems. After talking to them about this misunderstanding everything was settled. The roof looks great and I guarantee our work! I gave them a gift certificate for $50 for the trouble and all is good now.

  After recent strong straight-line winds, some shingles came off our roof. I contacted Acumen Contracting, and they were there the very next day. Their service was excellent, and their communication was top-notch. Highly recommend!

  Excellent service! I contacted them about a leak over my garage. Richard was able to come out quickly and assess my roof and repair the leak. He also let me know I had some storm damage I was unaware of.

  I tried to find someone to do some roof repair, and couldn't get any company to come out to even look at the roof. Richard came out assessed the problem and returned within hours to quickly repair it. Will definently use his service again. Thank you !

  Couldn't be more pleased. Richard inspected where the problem was inside, in the attic and then went up on the roof, found the problem and repaired it. Outstanding attitude and answered my questions. Highly recommend these guys if you have a roof problem.

  I love and certainly appreciate the Professional and the Excellent quality of workers who were assigned to do our roofing needs. The workers were well prepared and they went to work. Words can not aptly explain how well these workers took charge and knew their responsibilities. I must say that they were so well organized and professional that they merit all of the accolades that can be given. They cleaned up after the completion of the job. They even swept my carport. Acumen Contractors deserves an A-Plus .
