  The lady at the front desk is Rude, unprofessional , escalates conversations to be defensive and demeaning. Can’t get past the rude lady , which sets the tone for the company . Need someone who can communicate and actually listen to what the customer is trying to say.

  Not impressed at all. The young man _ _ _ _ came to our home to give us a "FREE DETAILED ROOFING ESTIMATE" , per the company's website. He got on the roof for quite a while and when he came back down he said, "You should have no problem at all getting your insurance to pay for a new roof and most of the gutters,if not all". "You have serious hail damage all over your roof". We told him we're not surprised considering the leaks we found inside the house. He said" let me know what your insurance adjuster says" and starts kinda walking off to leave. I said,well I want to know what you have to say with our estimate. (that's what he came by for) He said, "I don't really know,hard to say". "Have to see what your adjuster says". After hee hawing around the subject he said "I don't really like to say,but,probably around 7,000-$9,000". Probably? Doesn't like to say? Didn't he come here to give an estimate,in writing? He left. No written estimate was left with us. Insurance adjuster came and went 2 days later. Smoothe as melted butter. Adjuster said, You'll get a new roof,as this one has substantial damage AND new gutters". Well, _ _ _ _ with Final Touch calls later and says "going to deer woods & won't be back for 4 or 5 days". After his hunting expedition he texted us and asked us what insurance would fix and how much the check would be. I kindly informed him that the insurance check amount had nothing to do with the amount (estimate) that he didn't leave with us. Now my B.S. detector is going off. He wanted to see the insurance adjusters estimate BEFORE he would give us an estimate from him and Final Touch. Well,It just doesn't work that way and I kindly let him know and pretty much that I was ON to him. I wasn't going to give him a chance to "Pad" our estimate and try to "eat up" the whole check. I asked him again to bring or mail us the estimate and a copy of the warranty because their website says the warranty is 5 year labor warranty,but when he was here he said

  I would have used 0 stars or negative stars if there were any. They done a really BAD job. We're going to have to have the roof redone. We've called no one answered or returned our call. …

  This company did it all. They repaired and replaced the roof of our 5000 square foot house after a severe hailstorm and handled everything from the estimate to the loan recommendation for my part of the insurance claim and the final billing to the insurance. They even handed the painting of the Juliet balcony. The work team was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and didn’t cut corners. They got the work done in the worst heat of August without losing their stride. I am confident that they got the flashing around the chimney’s right and I don’t have to worry about any leaks later. The salesperson John was extremely knowledgeable and even came out to speak with the insurance adjuster. I felt extremely well taken care of. I can highly recommend the company and its team.

  Worked with John who went above and beyond to get the repairs completed. Roof was damaged by gutter install, he repaired and dealt with gutter company to take responsibility for the repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend Final Touch to anyone. These guys are conscientious and really do take care of their customers.

  I am a retired real estate broker and over the last 30 years I have seen many many roofs being reroofed including several of my own. I have never been so satisfied with above and beyond service. They did more than replace my roof. They cleaned my gutters, repaired some fascia, trimmed my tree, moved all my wife’s plants and put a plastic liner all around the home. They left nothing behind and even use magnets to ensure no nails left behind. Crew was very friendly and took little breaks. 3 be 2ba done in 8 hrs. Extremely impressed I don’t usually write reviews Call them!!

  Extremely pleased with our new standing seam roof. From teardown to install, this Company is the best around. Very professional, friendly, and meticulous. Cost is very competitive and less then other roofing companies. Go with Final Touch Roofing. They are the best around.

  This is the first time I’ve had to have extensive work done on my house and I must say I was extremely stressed and anxious about where to even begin. If I had to have my roof replaced on an annual basis, I’d hands down go with Final Touch …
