Had roof replaced after the hail storm of 2023. The roof has leaked 3 different times in less than 3 years. They did come out and reseal the first leak that was pouring water through the light fixture onto the kitchen table. The second leak …

Mr. Burkes- We welcome feedback, even if it is filled with factual inaccuracies, such as yours. To be clear, you are correct- we will not be fixing your damaged sheetrock. The damage was caused by 12 inches of ice sitting on your roof for over 3 weeks, and ripping both your pipe boot and the actual metal panel. Our warranty, which you have a copy of, is quite clear about what is covered and what is not. We came out and fixed both of these items for free, even though we were not obligated to do so. It was only after we told you that we would not be responsible for your sheetrock damage that you became angry, threatened to leave this review if we didn't bend, and cursed at our employees, that you decided to speak poorly of our company. What is ironic about your situation is that we might have actually repaired the inside damage for you if you had not spoken to our female employee in such a misogynistic manner and used such derogatory language when we attempted to explain to you that a freak ice storm is an act of God. It is worth mentioning that you could possibly be upset because we refused to help you commit insurance fraud in 2023 after completing your roof by doctoring invoices for you. You showed your true colors then, and are doing it again now. At the end of the day, we service over 400 homeowners in 6 states each year, and do everything in our power to take care of them. The hundreds of other reviews show this. Have a great day, Mr. Burkes. We really hope you are able to find something that can make you happy.

New metal roof installed on my almost 4000 square foot house in Fayetteville, AR. It has a fairly complex geometry and they did a good job. I liked that they placed spacers above and a reflective barrier above my previous roofline before …

In September 2025 we were experiencing leaks in our existing metal roof that was installed at construction. (2002) We then started looking for companies that would install standing seam metal roofs. I understood that this type of metal roof was more expensive, but, the idea of virtually no exposed fasteners was appealing to us. Less chance for leaks. We contacted Metal Roof Pros and they were nice and eager to help us. The salesman came in just a couple days and was really knowledgeable about the product and very professional. He explained in detail exactly how the process would take place and left us comfortable in the decision we made to go with their company. Their material is a lot heavier than our original metal. They have their own metal bending die on a trailer that they bought and “custom” bent the metal on site. Their crew was very professional and courteous. We talked about how everyone had a job to do and they were doing it. No wasted time at all. I think they were done with tear off and replacement in less than 3days. They cleaned up everything! No mess and even went over the yard several times with a strong magnet to get all small metal and screws. A couple weeks ago we had a strong storm and lightning struck our very large oak tree in the front yard. It blew large limbs onto roof and there was no damage at all. Metal Roof Pros were aware of the bad weather in our area and sent a representative out to inspect roof for damage and there was none. We are very pleased with our decision to partner with Metal Roof Pros for our new standing seam metal roof.

We used MRP to replace a metal roof on our Victorian historic home and everything went very smoothly. The gentleman that came out to do our initial estimate was very knowledgeable. The crew of 2 uninstalled our old roof and had the new one up all in the same day. We went with the copper metallic finish and couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
