  When I got my roof installed a few years ago I went with vinton roofing. They gave me the best quote and they seemed like a good company even though quite a few people said not to work with them, I still went with them. They worked really quickly, had my roof done in 2 days, and it looked great so I was very happy. A few weeks after we had a big storm and one spot on my roof started to leak. I called them and they came out but the problem never got fixed. This went on for a few months even when they said it was something different (like siding or gutters), they gave me some contractors numbers and told me to try them. It was never leaking before but it had a weird patch job when I got the house, so I contacted some of them and the finger just kept getting pointed at a different problem. I was tired of trying to deal with the contractors they had me contact who kept saying the problem was something else and, tired of dealing with them saying there was no problem even though I had evidence of a leak. So I dropped it and I've just had the leak since. We are having a big rain now 5/25/26 and the leak has gotten worse and gushed water all over my floor. I wrote all this to say I can only semi-recommend them. They will work hard to get your money and give you a cheaper price and they will come out quick to get the job done. If it has any problems after that it will probably never get fixed it. TLDR; Vinton roofing gave me a good price and quick service. It caused a leak and they would never repair it.

  Took over a week for a call back and I had to initiate that!!! Also, make sure to do your research if he suggests a gutter company to use. Red flag if Jason states he will guarantee the work and makes you write out a separate check. Aww, thank you Vinton Roofing for your comments below about my review. I’m so glad you acknowledge your need to improve customer service. I truly hope you are sincere in this and that you make honesty your best policy. I’m sure the BBB will make sure of this.

  We feel bad that the gutter company we recommended wasn’t up to both of our expectations. The separate check you wrote was written directly to the gutter company with their name on it and they should have serviced their work.   We are still waiting 18 months after installation for tiles that were raised upon installation to be repaired. We have sent numerous photos as per request and all we keep getting in response is "leave it with me and I'll get back with you". No inspections have been done on the roof after the first year, as was pitched to us by the salesman.

  They contract their work out, no one could speak English so I couldn't communicate with them about what was going on, which was unsettling... Did not do work in given time frame, by weeks. Apparently there are various definitions of the word FLAT... I was itinially told the roof would be flat, i asked several times...there's still a significant dip. I was also told the ridge cap would be straight/level, its not. I had been looking forward to this for a while, now that it's done, I'm pretty disappointed. Single work looks good though...

  Thank you for your feedback. Your roof had structural issues and was previously built up with insulation board on one side and 1x6 on the other. We removed everything down to the trusses and installed brand new plywood. Unfortunately your trusses were uneven and the cause of the dip. Anthony explained this unfortunate issue and you seemed to understand. You even signed off on the completion 4 months ago and paid the balance. We’re happy to hear the shingle work looks good.

  Thank you for your feedback! I understand that your house is in need of a lot of work. In order for us to do your roofing to our high standards, there is a lot of wood replacement involved. There is also a complex flat section that requires support beams to be removed and reinstalled. I believe it is difficult to get an apples to apples comparison based upon the challenging scope of work and difficulty with the language barrier. I’d be happy to reevaluate your estimate personally.   Called in May to have an estimator come out. I have still not heard back on an estimate for a new roof. I’ve called and left several messages, with the receptionist, who stated someone would call me back that day. Still waiting. …

  I paid Jason $12,850.00 before his crew left my home. 6 months later, repairs and deficiencies remain unattended, despite my numerous email communications. My efforts to reach the owner of the company were also unresponsive. I certainly question all of the grand reviews.

  Our total roof replacement went extremely well. Chris Slusher went above and beyond to make things go smoothly. We had a new roof in less than 1 week from the date of the agreement, and the entire project completed in one day! Good job!

  Our roof and detached garage roof were in need of replacement. Jason and his crew showed up took care of business. His crew operated like a well-oiled machine. The due care that was used to protect our shrubs and the clean up after we're very much appreciated. The communication of progress updates throughout the day put our mind at ease. The evident tradecraft became clear after they were done. To sum it up in one word Wow!

  My mom's roof had a few places that were leaking - received a referral for Vinton Roofing so she called and Jason was there within a couple of days to do an estimate and just a few days later was replacing the roof! Very quick response time, good communication all the way through and Mom is very satisfied with the end result

  Vinton Roofing did a wonderful job putting a new roof on our house. Matt was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. The roofers were such hard workers and so professional. They cleaned everything up after they were done with the roof ... including the nails! Highly recommend Vinton Roofing!

  Matt at Vinton Roofing was so helpful through the whole process. The installation crew took special care to keep our yard clear of any debris so our dogs would stay safe. I highly recommend them!

  Amazing quality and craftsmanship! I cannot say enough about Vinton Roofing. 1. They were prompt in their response to my call (I called on a Saturday; they showed up on Tuesday). 2. After inspecting my roof they gave me an estimate for replacement. The estimate was compatible with their peers but their craftsmanship was far superior. 3. They showed up at 7AM and did not leave until the job was finished (7:30 PM). 4. The cleanup was very thorough (I found only one nail on the side of my home). 5. If there was an option for six stars, I wouldn’t hesitate to give it to them because they VERY MUCH deserve it. Thank you Matt and Vinton Roofing for a job well done.

  This company is AMAZING!!! We had 9 workers putting a roof on our house and shop. They worked from 7 am to 7 pm. The result, including skylights, looks perfect.

  Vinton Roofing was phenomenal installing our roof! The team worked continually to ensure the roof was complete the same day as well as cleaning up after. Carter was a great asset, he made sure we were happy with how the job was progressing, made sure his team was working diligently, and that his team was taken care of during the installation.
