Outstanding, honest service and excellent work ethic with beautiful results. We had a unique situation because we had to leave the country right after a major storm, so the roofing team handled everything quickly and professionally. Eduardo and Jay completed a full roof inspection, explained their recommendations clearly, and got our new roof installed in record time. The project included roofing work on our two-story home, plus new gutters, gutter guards, and related exterior details. We also have a large patio cover attached to the house, and Bryan shared helpful roofing suggestions to help prevent future leaks and improve drainage. My husband and I really appreciated being able to communicate directly with the team and get updates whenever we needed them. We are in Cave Spring, and after the storm it meant a lot to have a roofing crew that understood how important it was to protect the home from heavy rain, wind, and moisture. Their workmanship looked great, the job site was handled well, and the finished roof really improved the look of our home. We were referred by neighbors who had recently had their roof replaced, and after seeing the quality of that reroof work, we felt confident hiring them for our own project. Now that our roof and gutter system are complete, we can honestly say the craftsmanship and service were incredible. Use this company for roofing.

From the first visit, pedro was a true professional. i could tell he had real roofing experience and understood the work, not just the sales side. He even spoke respectfully about another roofing company while we compared several estimates, which showed honesty and confidence. He also went the extra mile and came back for a second visit to inspect our attic, where he found the soffits and baffles had been installed the wrong way during construction. That issue was fixed after the new roof was installed. My wife and i are very happy with the roofing service, communication, and support we received. We highly recommend them for roof replacement and related roof ventilation work.

I have nothing but praise for Henry & Sons Remodeling and Pedro. We had roof leaks during a heavy summer rain in Cave Spring, and I asked if the roofing work could be finished before I went back to work. Pedro was very understanding, easy to work with, and quick to schedule everything. The crew arrived on time, worked straight through the day, and completed the full roof replacement in just one day. They kept the job moving, paid attention to the problem areas, and did a thorough cleanup around the house when the roofing job was done. It is such a relief not to worry about leaks every time it rains, and the whole process felt smooth, professional, and stress free.

I do not usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience after getting help with my roof, siding, and gutter drainage. After moving to Cave Spring, I ended up with a home that had major exterior problems from earlier construction work. The roofing, siding, and gutter system were in rough shape, and water was not draining the way it should. I reached out for an estimate after hearing strong recommendations from local homeowners and professionals, and I am very glad I did. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and the whole process felt honest from the start. Jay and the crew were professional, hardworking, and respectful of the property. They stayed focused until the roofing repairs, siding work, and gutter fixes were fully completed. Everything was done with care, the job site was kept clean, and the finished work looked neat and detailed. It was clear they understood how important proper roofing, drainage, and exterior protection are for a home. I feel much more confident now knowing my home is secure and in good shape. I would gladly recommend them for any roofing, siding, gutter, or exterior home project because they were dependable, skilled, and easy to work with.

As an insurance agent, I’ve worked with many roofing companies for my clients, and when I needed roof repairs at my own home, I chose Henry & Sons Remodeling because I had heard such good feedback from homeowners. The crew reinforced the ridge areas, improved the flashing details, and waterproofed all six of my skylights. After one skylight showed a small leak, Pedro came back right away and re-sealed it with no hassle. I really appreciated the personal follow-up to make sure everything was sealed properly and that I was fully satisfied with the roofing work. Based on my experience, I would gladly recommend them for roof repair and skylight sealing.

we recently had a full exterior roofing and home upgrade done, including roof work, siding, porch improvements, gutters, and a new deck. we are very happy with the craftsmanship, the crew’s skill, and the close attention to detail from start to finish. the materials used were high quality, and the whole project really improved the look and protection of our home. the team kept us informed throughout the process and made sure everything was done the way we wanted. even with a longer timeline, the experience stayed positive, and the finished results were absolutely worth it. levi and the crew were excellent, and a special thanks to pedro and todd for going above and beyond to make sure every part of the project came out right. great service, strong workmanship, and a beautiful final result. five stars!

If you’re looking for a roofing company, Henry & Sons Remodeling is an easy 5-star choice. I gathered three estimates for our condo association, and the decision became simple after speaking with Jay. He brought over a shingle sample book with strong, high-quality options and explained the roofing process in clear, simple terms, which helped everyone feel confident about the project. The crew arrived right on time at 7 AM and worked hard through the Virginia heat, taking safe breaks as needed, and still finished the roof in one long day. Once the tear-off started, they found that the building actually had three old roof layers. The shingles were falling apart and there was some rotted wood underneath, but the team handled it the right way and kept us informed as the work moved along. They took extra care to protect the private patios, nearby property, and landscaping, and they even cleaned the shrubs to remove loose shingle pieces and nails. Even with the unexpected extra layer and repairs, the pricing was adjusted fairly. The whole roofing job was handled with professionalism, good communication, and solid workmanship, and the new roof looks great. Highly recommended.
