  I had a wood replacement job scheduled but they stopped responding to my contact attempts the day before my scheduled date and then never showed up for the repairs on the scheduled date. A huge and costly waste of my time.

  Great response, attitude and communication. Quick work and cleaned up well. I had a question when done and they answered professional. Would highly recommend. Update below: Now we have problems 2 years later and they respond but do nothing to correct whar they didnt do the first time. Not sure I would recommend them again.

  Our roof was installed in 2019 and we've experienced leaks coming through to our ceiling. I called and spoke to Mr. Long a few times but he said they couldn't get someone to come out that week. We never received a call back or had someone come out to inspect the roof even though he made the 10 year warranty sound important. I followed up and left voice-mail messages but haven't received a response or service. I dont like leaving negative reviews but am hoping to have someone finally respond.

  Commonwealth roofing was the first professional we worked with upon starting our home remodel in 2022. They were responsive and quick to get our roof installed. Over the last year, we had multiple contractors comment on parts of our roof that looked odd or poorly constructed, but as a layperson, I wrote it off because I had been told it was done correctly by commonwealth. In January of this year we called commonwealth for a gutter quote. Because we’d had so many people working on our home, I’d genuinely forgotten Commonwealth had completed our roof. While Commonwealth was here, the salesman pointed out a myriad of things that were wrong with the roof and strongly encouraged me to outreach the company immediately. Upon realizing they had installed the roof, the employee said he would facilitate all of the repairs as soon as possible, but he instead chose to misrepresent our conversation by calling my integrity into question and the owner of the company, Bob Long, responded with avoidance and equal disrespect, never outreaching to request my side of the story. It has now been 8 months since our initial request for repair and they continue to avoid communication or push back our timeline. Parts of the roof are coming apart and it generally looks poorly constructed. Get multiple quotes when you’re looking for a roof.

  Terrible service overcharged on total amount of sqs left place a mess just totally unprofessional ridge vent not installed correctly left trash all around house charged 5 extra Sq at 400 a Sq. Job started 5 months after set completion date job still not finished yet told to pay balance. Refused to pay balance until job was completed. And now they sent balance to collections when work not completed.

  I called and spoke with a company representative. We discussed what I wanted to have quoted and set a date for him to come and see the house to quote. He never showed up, never called and I missed 1/2 day of work. When I called him and asked if he was going to come to the house he apologized and I hung up the phone. He had my number but chose to not call like I nothing better to do on a Monday. I cannot speak to their workmanship but ......No confusion on my part. I know with whom I spoke and it was you.

  Just finished my roof. Cheapest quote of 3 by far, but did not sacrifice workmanship or materials! Delivered exactly what was promised! I'm a pretty capable handyman who has performed a lot of various renovations over the years and I can confirm the workmanship was great! I would not hesitate to call them again.

  Chad Farmer and his crew went above and beyond for us! We had a roof leak! Chad & Ryan made sure we were dried in as well as could be before the rains came again. They got us installed as soon as possible. The install crew was thorough, fast , and efficient. They got the old roof off & new on in one day! Chad even had to drive out of town for materials that couldn't be delivered in time. These guys are genuinely great folks & took care of their crews in our 100°+ day of installation. 10/10 would highly recommend! Thanks guys!
