  I called, set-up an appointment for an estimate. The estimate meeting seemed to go well. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve contacted the person who came out multiple times. I never heard back and never received the estimate. It was very strange and unprofessional.

  Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the delay and any confusion with the estimate. This was a job to fix a builder’s mistake by re-pitching the existing gutter. I initially gave a ballpark of $6/ft, thinking it would be under $200. After reviewing the scope with my crew, the price was adjusted to reflect the time and effort required. While we didn’t move forward, I take responsibility for not clearly communicating the updated quote. When I said the rate was higher for a small job, I didn’t mean it in a rude way I just believe in paying my crew fairly for quality work. That’s how we avoid the kind of issues you were facing. again I apologize for the unprofessionalism Thanks again for considering us, and I wish you the best with your project.

  Spoke with Anthony from Clear Choice Exteriors. At that time he seemed very nice, and professional. After speaking we set up an appoint for a few days out, and he was going to come by look at my problem, let me know if he could fix it, and give me an estimate. He NEVER showed up, and never bothered to call to let me know he wasn't coming. When I called it went to voice mail, and I ask if he was still going to come by, but was running late, or if he wasn't interested to please call me and let me know. He did not call. Called again today. It also went straight to voice mail. I informed him that it thought it was very unprofessional to not show up for an appointment, and then ghost me. If this is how someone runs their business you are better off getting someone who honors their commitments and keeps their word.

  Anthony was very top quality, he came out and showed us after taking off the old She knows how we had rotted boards by the chimney we had rotted boards across the front and back of our house, We chose the metal roof for a number of reasons but it was a top notch professional job well done Anthony had a very professional crew that worked with him and they stayed on site on site until the job was completed, I would recommend him any day to do a replacement of any type of roof

  Anthony and his team were very nice and professional. Explained how they installed everything and what I should expect during the process. I really appreciate the respect he showed not only me, but his employees as well. I was concerned about the heat and he was on the same page. He didn't want my roofing ruined or his employees getting a heatstroke. I had a new roof and new gutters with gutter guards installed. The price for both was more than reasonable. It felt like two for the price of one! It's a small business that is growing and gives you personal service that I appreciated. You will not go wrong with Clear Choice Exteriors.

  Clear Choice has done work for us on several projects. Working with them has been great. We manage a community with 48 Townhomes, 42 single family homes, pool, tennis court, basketball court, a Clubhouse, a beach, 11 Common docks with 67 boat slips. We work with every type of contractor that you can imagine. Around the lake, that can be frustrating. Anthony from Clear Choice is one of the most knowledgeable people we have worked with. He communicates well, is on time, is clear (and fair) with estimates and the timing of the work. You will have no doubts in working with this company after spending just 5 minutes with him to discuss a project. He was great to work with, we highly recommend him, his company and our community will be doing more business with them in the future. Just give them a chance, you will not regret it.
