I was very unhappy with Victory E and I roofing company. I got one quote In the beginning of the project and a much higher price when the project was finished. I ended up with a bill that was $5000 more. I would expect a roofing company who has a near 5 star rating to be thorough with cost to do a GREAT job and not elevate the price while completing the work. I have had a new roof put on my home before and was very happy. The problems I had with this company was too much. It took them forever to begin. So my roof leaked like a running faucet, the permit they submitted was rejected by the city twice, they removed soffit and charged me to replace, they claimed to add more pieces of wood. The work that was done was just not near the 5 star rating they receives. Although, they did try to accommodate as best as possible. But to charge top notch dollars for a less than worthy project is deceiving. The work is not guaranteed for long. Be careful!!

BEWARE! Company Salesperson Yaniv was very attentive and persuasive in securing my roofing tile replacements but, was missing in action in final efforts to address my concerns or, return my phone calls. The workers often allowed trash to be left over the yard daily as work was being done. 10 to 15 corner broken tiles were installed, building inspectors did not initially approve the the repairs. The broken tiles left visible holes in the tiles. Pieces of tiles were cut to insert into holes. An already driveway crack into driveway was increased due to the heavy truck that arrived to deliver roof tiles. No efforts to address the driveway damage was ever made. I was totally dissatisfied with the company's overall work performance. Larry Buck

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SPAM calls NON-STOP! They do not practice honest marketing, and instead blow up your phone over and over again with Indian salesmen. This is not a noble company. Plenty of other better roofing companies to choose from. STAY AWAY!

Worst roofing job ever! I hated my experience and I do not wish it upon anyone. I waited a while before I decided to write a review but today was the last straw. The owners are not knowledgeable on the roofs and do not know what is needed however, they are the ones who come out to tell you what they will not do for you. I explained to the ceo that I paid $40,000 out of pocket and the color of the roof is not matching the cement. One of the employees explained to me that the cement doesn’t have enough oxide and that is why it’s looking like that and they will address it. Unfortunately the ceo comes to my house and tells me even if I pay $100,000 he will not fix the roof. Please tell me in those pictures, is that a roof you’d want for your home? Make your choice… I was u see the impression when I first chose this company that they were family oriented and would help me throughout the process. 1. First day after the part one of took installation my roof was leaking in the kitchen, my kids saw it and was frightened! 2. They had 25 workers that rushed the job and carelessly ripped off the soffit and left holes - til now since my roof has holes in the soffit, I had to hire an exterminator which the owner only gave me $1000 credit for however doesn’t pay for the horrible experience of rat infestation I had in my home. Since then, the exterminator was able to collect 5 huge rats and a mouse and I had to keep my children out of the house while the exterminator had to go in the roof to trap them. 3. The owners are extremely rude, after the roof was done according to their standards, I felt in my gut that this couldn’t be right. The owner demanded for the balance in a check the day he came to see my complaints. Come to find out they neglected to complete the job with the ridges and the owner did not even know that about the roof. Also, he threatened me by telling me about his lawyer who will take my home away if I didn’t pay him before the corrections were made. 4. Of course

They parked on my septic tank several times breaking the lid and left roofing nails all over the property causing damage to my mower and almost hurt my 18month old daughter.

We have worked with Victory Roofing in the past and we had a very good experience with them so when we had to replace 7 roofs, we naturally chose them again. They were very professional, very helpful and accessible throughout the process. We highly recommend them for your next roof replacement.
