  After paying over $25,000 for a new roof, there were still gutters hanging from my house and multiple unfinished items. I took photos and simply asked them to come back and finish the work before I paid the remaining balance of around $2,000. Instead of completing the job, they rushed to file a lien against my property. As a single mother, I felt I was treated very differently than I should have been. Rather than working with me to resolve a small punch list after a major project, they chose intimidation. What made it even more uncomfortable was that one of their employees stood outside my home commenting on how nice my house and neighborhood were and saying he wished he could afford something like it. Given everything that followed, it left me feeling that there was resentment toward me instead of a genuine effort to finish the work professionally. I spent over $25,000 expecting quality work and respectful customer service. Instead, I was left with unfinished work, a lien, and one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this company.

  Horrible experience! Jordan was coming on Wed. he didn't, then he was coming on Fri. @ 10 when he didn't show up I called him and he now said he was coming @ 11. I waited till 11 and he didn't come either. Customer service is nil and none, I'm doing this for my mom's house! This is unacceptable to have someone waiting for so long! 💯 …

  I have heard so many good things about this company which is why I reached out for our roof leak. Someone came out the first day assessed the issue said it would be tricky but would send me and email with all the information and go from there. That was two weeks ago. Every other day I call and ask for an update and I get the same answer “oh we will get right on that and someone will be contacting you”. I have been ignored and forgotten. Not the type of service I expected. Moving on to someone else.

  I had my roof fully replaced by Paul baines roofing in 2017. I have warped plywood and shingle fatigue. My home is reinspected for wind mitigation and I failed because of the quality of the roofing job. The company quickly came out and repaired the concerns of the insurance company. However the quality of the roofing job is showing it's age. Just a few years later. I paid $16,000 to have my roof fully replaced. This was twice the cost of the national average but I figured I was getting good quality of work. I cannot recommend this company.

She made the whole thing way easier than I expected—keeping me updated, answering my questions, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. The crew did solid work too.
