  Not good!!! Two repairs in 2020, which both started to leak after repair at different times .One was repaired sufficiently. The other leak was attributed to a faulty stack (vent) pipe, which I had repaired. This leak started to leak again in 2021/2022, but because it is out of warranty there is no recourse, except to pay for another repair. Please don't trust these people, and do yourself a favor and find another company.

  Roof Repair on Feb 2015 to repair a roof leak, paid $2800 for a One Foot by 6 Foot area, I was told they installed a (bird box), Last week the same area occurred and caused major damage. Called and spoke to Mr. Heron (The Owner) he stated in a raised voice that I had a One Year Warranty, I simply stated to him the same exact area caused damage so your Roofer didn't address it and asked for a copy of the contract, he raised is voice and said we can charge you again, (Didn't even offer to look at the issue) when I asked for the contract again and got agitated and HUNG UP THE PHONE. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I called back spoke to a receptionist (she was kind) and states they are having lots of issues (Whatever that means) and will send my contract. THIS COMPANY COST MY INSURANCE CARRIER OVER 25K in damages for a company that I thought was reliable.

  I used J&K Roofing for my roof 20 years ago and used them again to replace my current roof. The team is so on top of everything. Constant updates and quick service. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend J&K Roofing for any re-roofing or repair work. They did an excellent job on my flat-side re-roof. About a week after completion, I discovered a leak between the flat and tile sections and was prepared to escalate the issue, but the owner returned promptly, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. That level of responsiveness is rare in South Florida. They truly stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

  We are very happy with our new roof. Uciel the project manager was great and there to answer questions. Shalimar and Yecenia were also in touch throughout the project to keep us informed. I'm glad we chose J & K Roofing because they did not disappoint and were very professional throughout the whole process.

  I was referred to J and K by a coworker who had his roof replaced by them and was very happy. I had a roof repair done and this company was excellent. I will be using them again in the future when I replace my roof. Big thanks to Uciel and his team!

  We were very pleased to be able to have this full re-roof project completed in less than 2 weeks given our time constraints. Project came in close to proposal. Some additional wood costs due to rot, but we were expecting this. Communication was timely and service was excellent. Thank you!
