Don't waste your time. If they can't even commit to a time to qive you a quote (2 hour window, and then they can only come at the very back end of that wide slot) then how can they be expected to manage my project? All others say they coming at x time, and at x time there they are. Fortunately lots of options for this trade.

I do NOT recommend you use this company unless you want a sloppy job and acquire extra expenses for their damages. Their goal is to finish the job and get paid. There is no attention to detail or aesthetics. After my metal roof was installed, I took a look at the finished job and found 14 unfinished (sloppy) areas that range from silver screws on a slate grey metal roof, nails that penetrated the entire flat roof of terrace to white metal gutter with approx. 2 inches separation around perimeter of flat roof. After much back and forth with Eli and Steven in justifying the obvious some corrections were made. However, I now have an added cost of fixing my flat roof due to their mistake. I sincerely do not recommend you use them as customer satisfaction is not their intention.

Hi Sandra. As you mentioned all the cosmetic issues you had were taken care of and many other interior repairs were made even tho we have nothing to do with those, just to try and satisfy you. After everything was done, and you agreed over a phone call that now everything is nice and the roof looks great, you threatened that if we don't credit you $500 on top of all the extra work we already did, you will hurt our business by writing bad reviews. We can not be held hostages by the ongoing absurd requests and so we put a stop to the madness and did not gave you the credit. Therefore the bad review.

Was looking at company’s to replace the roof at my home. Requested quotes from six different vendors. Roof Giant was the only company that was completely prepared during their initial presentation. They provided all pertinent licenses, insurance and other requirement. Steve the sales representative answered all my questions provided the best competitive pricing and references of different projects they had completed in the area for me to be able to check them out. I made the decision to contract Roof Giant for my roof replacement project, and am happy I did. From Mayer the project supervisor, all inside personnel that I dealt with to include all installers, I found them yo honest, high level of integrity and happy to answer any questions I had during the process. I highly recommend Roof Giant for any roof repairs or roof replacement for your home. You will not regret it.

Roof Giants Exceeded Every Expectation!!! I rarely leave reviews, but the team at Roof Giants deserves every single star. They recently replaced our roof, and the entire experience, from the initial consultation to the final cleanup, was genuinely exceptional. First and foremost, the customer service is truly outstanding. From the moment we first contacted them, they were responsive, friendly, and incredibly patient. They walked us through every step of the process, explaining the materials, the timeline, and the cost breakdown clearly. We never felt rushed or confused, which is a huge relief when dealing with such a major home improvement project. The execution was just as impressive. They started and finished the work exactly on time, minimizing disruption to our daily life. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and worked with incredible efficiency.
