We have had leaks since our roof was done. My husband and I both called several times, yet nobody came to fix the issues.

Ma’am I’m sorry that you have experienced issues with your roof. Unfortunately I believe you may have us mistaken for another contractor. We do not operate our business in the manner described in your description. We warranty our roofs for the life of the roof and we stand behind our product. Additionally I have no record of you as a customer in our internal records. Either way I would love to help you work through your roof issues and protect your property. Please feel free to reach out to me personally at 812-406-5524. My name is Brandon I am the owner.

I guess Veterans Roofing won't work for everybody. I called and the guy came out. I had insurance papers on exactly needed to be done. He said it would be couple of weeks before they could come out to do the work but never gave me an estimate. After a month of not hearing anything, I called back and spoke to the receptionist and she said oh yeah, I'll have to get with Brandon or whom ever and call you back. No call back, no nothing. Never mind Veterans Roofing we can spend our money elsewhere.

Hi Martia, we are very sorry to hear that this was your experience and would love the opportunity to talk with you. Our goal is to always be efficient and serve all of our clients well. We have checked our records and we do not have any record of our team being at your address or having been contacted by you. Please give us a call at 812-406-5524 and let us know if there is anything we can do to help you.

Had to edit previous review - received great service last year on roof replacement but evidently things have changed with company. Terrible customer service, reached out multiple times for estimate on roof replacement but was not responded to. After finally being told someone would be coming out to give estimate, no one ever came and no other correspondence received. Will definitely not reach out to them anymore and no longer recommending to other individuals.

Travis, we are glad you were pleased with the roof replacement we did on your home. Given the condition of your roof after the previous roofer performed a replacement, we were happy to help remedy the situation and work with you on a payment plan. Our records indicate that we did perform an inspection for you on May 21, 2025. We have pictures of the inspection, timestamped around 4:00 pm that day. We apologize we didn’t get back to you following the inspection. Following the hail storm in March, our business has dramatically increased and, unfortunately, the sudden growth has caused some growing pains, resulting in a handful of customers falling through the cracks. Unfortunately, we don’t have any record of you reaching out to us following your inspection and you appear to be one of the customers we lost sight of. Since your inspection on May 21st, we have hired additional staff to attempt to help in this matter and we’re aiming to achieve the high level of service you experienced in the past. Please feel free to contact us by phone to discuss further. January 10th, 2024: Hi Travis, we're so glad that your roof is now properly replaced and you can have peace of mind that it was done correctly! It was our pleasure to work with you to correct the issues that you had from your previous contractor. We look forward to working with you in the future as well!

Brandon, April, and their great team worked for us rebuilding the Corydon Church of Christ Building. From working with the insurance non-stop, to asking over and over again if everything was going to our standard, all the way to making sure everything was JUST RIGHT before they left, the Veterans team was perfect! Working with state and local governments seems to be one of their many specialties, and we are so thankful for their work for us! Thank you Brandon and April!

Great company from top to bottom. Completed storm damage repairs including new roof, gutters and skylight along with replacing most of my deck. We are very happy with all the work. They even worked directly with the insurance company and negotiated the claim amount.

Veterans Contracting isn’t just another contractor. They’re locally owned and operated by people who genuinely care about the work they do and the customers they serve. They completely renovated my mother’s childhood home, and I’ve also had them do work at my own house. The quality of their work has always been excellent, their prices are fair, and they stand behind what they do even after the job is finished. These days, hiring a contractor can be a gamble. You never know if they’ll show up or if the work will be done right. I’ve never had those concerns with Veterans Contracting. They’re honest, dependable, and do things the right way. They’re one of the few companies I trust enough that I actually recommended them to my own mother, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Your recommendation means a great deal to us and is the highest compliment we can receive. We look forward to helping you or your family with future projects.

We know many roofers and decided on Veterans for the most recent roof replacement. They did a great job, despite a few hiccups, they did their best to make it right. We are pleased with the finished job. Thank you!

If you’re looking for a quality roof at a reasonable price, then you’ve got to use these guys! They were onsite when they said they would be here. They did an outstanding job on my roof. Frankly, the installation was better than the initial roof. One of the problems I have with roofers is that they don’t do a thorough job of cleaning up after the job is done. When Veterns was done, there was no sign they were ever here. I never found the first stray nail or piece of material laying around anywhere! You can’t beat that…
