  Return customer, however if this was first experience would never use again and won’t going forward. Would warn anyone against using this company. Terrible communication, did not finish contracted work, did not return to clean up as promised (over 40 nails found as far as the middle of front lawn while trailer for dumping was at side of house), left dump trailer in driveway blocking both sides overnight with zero communication, replaced skylight twice leaving it open hours at a time and creating a big mess inside when it was never supposed to be replaced. It’s been months and no follow up ever except asking about painting vent pipes about in first week after, which also was never done. No review of completion, quality, or customer satisfaction. Zero customer service or management response to complaints, NONE. Our neighborhood has had about 75% of roofs replaced this summer. I’ve noticed at least a dozen different companies. Only one other house had their roof replaced by Jeff Home Improvements so I’d tell anyone there’s plenty of others to choose from, don’t use Jeff.

  Took a while to get scheduled for our roof replacement and siding replacement. They did finally come out and replaced the roof on our house and shed, but didn't finish the job as we were supposed to have the roof over our screened in porch replaced as well and some damaged siding replaced. The only thing they did to our back porch was break a cross beam by tossing something heavy onto it. Here we are a month and a half later and getting the runaround on completing the porch roof and siding. First we are told they are waiting on materials. Then we are told someone has to come out and measure. And now they are giving us no information meanwhile our back porch is deteriorating from leaks. The hail storm that caused all the damage was back in April and here we are in September still trying to get the entire job finished. This company appears great on the surface, but good luck if you have any issues because they don't want to fix any mistakes or communicate what's going on.

  Michael said that he would have a estimate within 2 weeks but now he states he was doing me a favor by writing the estimate and for me to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. He had no intention on doing anything but put me on hold like he did. He could have easily called and kept me informed. I will never use him again. I will not recommend him to know one. He was recommended to me. I could have moved weeks ago. HIS WORDS I WAS DOING YOU A FAVOR……

  Twice we were scheduled to have somebody come out to give us an estimate to do work on both our roof and siding after storm damage, and twice did no one show up. The first time our appointment was canceled by some unknown reason and removed off of the schedule. The second time there was just a no-show. Each time I called the representative was friendly but of course couldn't give any explanation as to why we were not on the schedule anymore.

  I had this outfit put new gutters and downspouts on my house 9 years ago. They were leaking and coming away from the house. I am now having a good company replace all of it, because the band boards did not go all the way up to the top. They are all rotted out, because of improper installation. Very disappointed.

  We had our roof replaced by John Pister and his team and they did an excellent job of installing the shingles and cleaning up. We also had our gutters replaced and had gutter guards installed and we're very pleased with job John Tucker and his partner did, John is a real craftsman. We highly recommend Jeff Home Improvement.

  In 2023 Jeff Home Improvements replaced my roof due to hail & wind damage. From top to bottom the team was very professional and did an excellent job replacing my roof, I built my house in 2015~2016, the new roof color was slightly different, I received many compliments on my new roof.
