  Hey Joy. I was the one who took your call this morning. I was actually driving when your call came in, so I had to pull over. That section of Hwy 60 near the landfill has spotty Verizon service, which is why I misheard your street name and you had to repeat it. I apologize for that. You hung up on me before I was able to say that I was in a poor service area. I don't think a 1-star review is warranted. We repeat what you say to ensure we enter accurate information into our system. Jeffery did call you and asked if you would remove the 1 star review and gave you the reason why. You stated OK, but why would I and then hung up on him also. There was no hostility, just trying to reason with you. Thank you, Jeff Belviy - Owner

  Paid $1,800 to repair a leak in my roof and replace a few siding pieces. My roof still leaks and when I called to ask that the job be completed so my roof doesn't leak anymore, I was told they will call me back to put me on their schedule and I never heard back from them.

  I was referred to Pro Restoration Plus by a friend of mine for attic ventilation experience. Tommy and his crew were very efficient, professional, thorough, and extremely reasonable with their pricing. I was looking for an option to ventilate my attic without having to put intake vents in the soffit. Tommy had a perfect option and I'm very happy I went with his suggestion. I would highly recommend Pro Restoration Plus and will definitely use them in the future for my remodeling needs.

  This Company did a excellent job repairing my roof after the storms can thru. After determining the roof needed replaced the crew came in and went to work, replaced the entire roof, cleaned up everything. Couldn't be more happy with results.
