  In December of 2024 Pro City Roofing replaced my roof at my expense. Then in March 2025 our area was hit by a major hailstorm. Lots of damage to our roof, gutters, skylights, and fascias. I filed a claim and Karl and his team successfully negotiated with the insurance company to cover the costs. Despite a busy and wet spring, they completed another quality job in a timely manner. Again, I highly recommend Pro City Roofing for a second time. Roger Williams and Sharon Murphy

  Shout out to the owner of ProCity Roofing who jumped up in the back of my truck to help load a bunch of heavy bags of soil at Home Depot in New Albany, which HD did not offer to load. Do not need a new roof, but if I did I would give this company a shot on the basis of showing compassion!

  I would like to thank Karl and his team with pro city roofing for the job they did. Yes we had some hiccups due to mother nature but at the end of the day my house looks very nice. Thanks again for a job well done

  Pro City Roofing installed a new roof due to the recent hail and wind storm in our area. We chose Pro City because of the many excellent reviews and the company’s roofing background. Upon contacting Karl Moser, the owner, he came to our house and did a thorough inspection of our roof. He worked with us and our insurance company, keeping us informed all thru the process. Mr. Moser is very professional and knows the roofing business and we highly recommend. He provided information on choosing the color and a top notch roof shingle. Pro City Roofing took great care in protecting our personal property and landscaping along with extensive cleanup of all debris, nothing left behind in the yard. In addition to the roof, Karl also was instrumental in the ordering and the replacement of two skylights, and we very much appreciated his knowledge.

  Pro City roofing completed a very thorough inspection of our roof. We appreciate the time they spent inspecting not only our roof, but also our gutters and downspouts for damages. We were given a detailed report with photos. We were very pleased and impressed with how professional they were. We highly recommend.

  After inspecting the leak in our roof, Pro City Roofing told us we didn’t need a new roof, just a simple & inexpensive vent stack waterproof boot. A inexpensive, do it yourself simple fix. I appreciate their honesty and helpfulness.
