  Stay far away from this roofing company as they will Over Promise and Under Deliver from the Project Managers to the General Manager/Owners that you may be involved with. This company has missed horrifically on their communication, the expectations they set, and the execution that they promise. I was referred to Vertical Solutions Roofing by a friend and the overall experience seen from top to bottom has been nothing but troublesome for me. Initially, I was referred to Ed, who was personable and promised me that I would get a new roof from Insurance. Insurance came back after review and stated that damage was minimal and Ed convenience me to go through an Appraisal process. I was told by Ed and the Appraisal company that it would be 30 days, and it took over 5 weeks to get completed. During that time, I could not get answers from the Appraisal Company or Ed, and was handed off to Anthony. Anthony seemed to be a savior of this project until we got to the execution phase. Anthony got me my new roof and when signing the work order, I expressed how important clean up was to me. Having a child and 2 dogs, I needed the site to look as close to the way it was before they started. The job was guaranteed to take 1 day to complete, 7am to 7pm. On the day of the roof replacement, the crew left trash all over my yard, including messing up stones around my flowerbed that resulted in an HOA violation, leaving nails on my patio under the cover and numerous more in the gutters and pool, and even with the clean up, they were not able to finish within 1 day. They crew came back the next day, 2 hours later than stated, and when it was completed, I still found nails throughout my yard (I am still finding them 2 weeks later). Over the next week, there were additional projects still left to complete in which contractors hired by them either no-showed without informing anyone or showed up on days they were not scheduled.   We’ve been working with Vertical Solutions for a little over a month now after our house got hailed on. They came knocking at our door after it hailed and asked if they could fix our roof, they seemed like great people so we agreed. Since then, there has been lots of miscommunication and even no communication. Lots of delays and our house is still not done. I haven’t heard back from our contractor for a few days now and they were supposed to come to fix the remainder of our house. I called the main office and they told me they would get back to me and never did. Honestly, at this point I am annoyed. Why would you come knocking at my door and give me false promises? Our original project manager (Steven Rose) quit in the middle of the project, and now our current one (Eddis Selimanovic) isn’t responding to us. I am just really frustrated cause it just seems like you guys bit off more than you can chew. Don’t come knocking at peoples door and convince us to work with you if you can’t finish the project properly. FYI: After writing my initial bad review here they finally gave me a call back so I guess writing bad reviews do work. UPDATE: They have communicated to me that their work is finished but it is not. I spoke to my insurance and they also confirmed and told me that they did not fix everything that insurance approved of. My insurance has been trying to call the project manager, Eddis for a week now and they just keep leaving voicemails. (Turns out he was let go but no one told me this so I was basically ghosted lol) Not sure what’s going to happen now but tldr: I do NOT recommend this company at all. We will be finding someone else to complete the work. Find yourself another company that will take you seriously and not give you terrible customer service.

  I would not use this company and recommend that you find another one. My experience with it has been horrible. The initial individual who inspected the roof and was supposed to oversee the project gave us the impression that everything would be taken care of and the process would be seamless. Unfortunately that was not the case. A bit of time passed by, and we heard nothing back. After reaching out to get an update because almost a month has passed and we haven't heard back from anyone, we were informed that the initial project manager was removed from the company, and they gave no notice. The company then placed a new project manager on the engagement to complete the work. There were issues with the original contract, so they needed to draft a new contract. Problems after problems would continuously occur. The project manager even asked which window screen they needed to fix, which is interesting because they're billing the insurance company/customer for fixing this. Yet, the project manager doesn't know what they're fixing. Even trying to pay them is a hassle. I wrote a check for the deductible, but the company asked if I could pay via credit or debit card so the project manager wouldn't have to pick up the check. Additionally, they asked me to sign the insurance check for another individual on their behalf, which made me very uncomfortable. To sum up my experience, I would try any other roofing company. This company does not care about the customer experience. In addition, the project manager wasn't pleasant to deal with, and trying to coordinate a time for him to pick up the payment was difficult because we needed another individual to help facilitate this interaction. The project manager's name is Anthony Deleon.

  Check their Yelp Reviews too. All 1 star for my location. Skip this place. They don’t check in after work is completed, didn’t do all the repairs they were supposed to, and they sent some really terrible subcontractors for the gutters. So bad I wish I kept my old ones. This company sucks.
