  Not good communication about when they were going to do the job. One of the workers painted the soffit at 10:00 pm using a headlamp for light and the paint was thin so it needed a second coat of paint. We had to call them more than once to get them to come out and put the second coat of paint on. Would not recommend them.

  Hey would love to chat. Your previous review said another company got your roof approved by insurance. If our employee was rude we want to get to bottom of it. But also saying no daaage and next review it shows you got your roof approved. Want to all be on Sane page to do the right thing

  I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a full roof replacement since we are selling our home. I set time aside for the appointment at 8 AM. I get a text at 8:15 AM letting me know that they were on their way. Nobody showed up. I then get a call an hour and a half later saying there was some sort of mistake and that they wouldn't be here until later in the afternoon. I told them not to worry about it. I won't do business with a company that doesn't respect my time. This was very surprising considering all the positive reviews. Very unprofessional.

  Absolutely a horrible experience with this company. No communication, kept spitting out incorrect invoices like they were lottery numbers being drawn, and I kept having to ask them what they were for and they would not respond to request for information on what was being done or what the charges were for. The sales person Marcus was good, but the office team did not have any integrity. If they come your way, Run!!!

  Had some shingles from wind blow up. They came quick and said they check it out. Did a temporary repair (probably just tarped it). Another slightly windy day comes up and their work is completely undone. Reach out just to update them, im in no rush as they were cordial with me as i was with them. Ultimately get left on read, no response, no service. Had to call elsewhere. Use at your own risk or for smaller jobs. Solid folks though, ill give them that.

  The roofing representative was very nice up until of the project day. After that he was very difficult to reach and would not answer phone calls. The project manager just sat in his car all day and did not communicate with the workers what exactly had to be done. Luckily I know Spanish and I was able to communicate with the works to answer there questions. The project manager literally couldn’t talk to the workers because of the language barrier. I waited for 10 months for them to work on my windows and eventually just canceled the windows with them. While waiting for the final bill they sent the bill to collections instead of to me. A representative laughed over the phone and stated it was probably a mistake on their part. I don’t think its funny to ruin people’s credit scores because of your incompetence. Read the fine print! I very much regret going with this company but once they start communicating with your insurance on your behalf you’re legally stuck with them. They are expensive and are just out to get as much money from insurance as they can. They have very charming sales representatives that make false verbal promises. I strongly suggest you spend your money somewhere else.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thanks to JT for the thorough and professional roof inspection. He came out on a Sunday to inspect my roof and provided me with a great price. He went on to schedule, the work for just three days later. Our technition Trever did an excellent job fixing my roof in 109 degree temps! Both were personable, knowledgeable, dependable, and made the entire process from start to finish painless! Great experience with Results Roofing LLC—highly recommend JT, Trever, and the whole team!

  Had new flashing installed on a skylight. Trevor did a very thorough job. Much better than the company who installed it incorrectly with old flashing. As hot as it was on my black roof, Trevor worked hard and was so pleasant. My point of contact, Christian, kept me up to date with appointment schedule and had great follow-up.
