  This was an awful experience. Not sure why mine was so different from some of the other reviews. I contacted CLC at the end of October to come inspect my roof for my insurance renewal. I had replaced some shingles (about 20 shingles, or 1 pack) about a year or more previously and they were going to take a specific look at that as part of the inspection. Someone came out and verified that the roof was good, including my replacement of those few shingles. For the next two months I had 4 different people from the company look at my roof telling me first that it was good, then that it wasn’t, then that it was good enough, but that they can’t provide any written statement on it (even though they were fine writing it in email to me multiple times). All the form from my insurance was asking was 1. What my roof was made of and 2. What condition it was in. Very standard and simple questions, especially for a “professional inspection” they claim to do. I finally got a call from the owner saying they couldn’t fill out the form, to which I asked why this was different from any other inspection, at which he raised his voices at me over the phone saying that they can’t sign off on any work that I did…but the form was not asking for sign off of their standard or any work I did, but simply an inspection of the condition of the roof. They could say the roof was poor condition if they wanted to (even though they had told me numerous times it was of good condition). When I tried to explain to him that the form wasn’t asking for them to sign off on it being to “their quality” he interrupted me raising his voice again that he wasn’t going to argue with me. He finally said “it should be easy for you to get someone to fill out the form for you” so if it is easy to get a licensed roofer to fill out the form, why couldn’t they?

  I'd recommend using someone else. I am sure my roof is fine but they are dishonest and you have to manage them. They can't do it themselves. Dishonesty example 1: They explained to me how they were going to cover my pool and protect my landscaping with tarps. Never happened. My pool had plenty of shingles, nails, and other roofing debris in it. I called and said "You said there would be protective covering over these things and their isn't. CLC said "We will tell them to stop working so we can get covering put in place" I came home for lunch to check and they they were working working working, with no covering of any sort over anything. Dishonesty example 2: When they came to look at the screens, my wife asked why they didn't ever cover the pool / landscaping CLC said "no we meant we would cover it in the sense that if there was damage we would fix, clean, or cover the costs" That was a lie. My paperwork from them said "Tarps" and "Protective covering" Unmanagable: I had to call them multiple times to get them to put screens that needed replacing. They could never seem to remember what sizes and which were which type. I let 3 weeks go by and no calls no nothing. Finally I called and he goes "Oh yeah we are going to get out there next week. I suspect they would not have come out and done the screens if I had not kept calling" Further evidence was that after all of that I had to call and say "When will you be replacing my gutters? My paperwork shows 340 liner feet of guttering is needed." Same response "Oh yeah, we were just about to get to that." There were also some A/C unit repairs needed and I decided not to even pursue that. I am exhausted of having to deal with this company. Now they want their money and I get this email stating that "The adjuster is dragging his feet." He wants photos of the finished job "And it is not CLC's job to go take photos of the work" The roof, gutters, and screens look good but the process was an absolute beating and I would h

  There was a leak in the attic. Mike and Marty take the initiative to do a leak test. From there Marty worked with me and giving me options on the repair. He is so patient to explain the detail with me. He given me time to process my decision. I learned so much about roof from Marty and Mike. They have done a great job that it give me confident on the work they have done on the repair. On the day of the repair, Mike came and check on the roof to make sure the leak is correctly found. I will choose CLC on my other roof/attic/painting related projects!

  Marty and his team did an awesome job for me with a roof tune-up and closing off some rodent access areas.   Jaime and the team at CLC Roofing did a great job on our roof repair (hail damage). The insurance company was highly resistant and tried to continuously deny, but CLC was finally able to get everything approved. Would highly recommend them.

  Highly recommend CLC!! We had a crack in our skylight which led to a couple pieces falling into our house. Marty came out and assessed our issue and gave us options for repair/replacement. Justo came out and replaced our skylight very quickly. He kept a clean work space too. We will use them again without hesitation!
