  They have engaged me via text messages without permission. My wife has received texts as well with zero prior contact. I don't recommend business that engage in this sort of unsolicited engagement.

  Never used, never will. Sadly they are text spamming and not checking the do not call list. If you are as sick of unsolicited texts interrupting your day, as I am, you will use a different roofer. We have to stop using businesses that pull the shady practices that this one does.

  They scheduled the appointment to come out for the estimate at my property between 11AM to 1PM today but never show up and not response to my phone call. Not responsible business.

  An Ashco salesman came to my door telling me that I have a loose shingle, which I do. He tried to hard-sell me on a roof replacement, plus other items, and I grew more and more annoyed after trying multiple times to tell him I did not need the service. He became very combative as I frankly became angered with how pushy he was. I asked him what company he worked for and he refused to answer, but the "Ashco" logo on his shirt gave it away. He even tried to cover that up. What a ridiculous encounter. If that's how they do business, I want no part of it.

  The shingles manufacturer offers 25 years material warranty. However, Ashco only provides one year workmanship warranty. That is the problem. They replaced my roof two years ago, now it is leaking which is out of warranty! Their poor workmanship leaves hundreds dollars of leak repair bill.

  I had a roof loss in 2014 and Ashco talked a good line but wasn't able to convince the insurance company to buy the roof. So they talked me into going the public adjuster route. So far, no fault of Ascho. But only a few weeks into the process, Ashco abandoned me completely. Wouldn't take my calls or answer my emails, nor would they communicate with the public adjuster. Didn't follow through on a shingle warranty claim as they promised either. As a result I ended up with a two-year-long fight and I was the loser. As of today, I'm still stuck with half a roof that's nearly 20 years old and sky-high insurance premiums, without the possibility of switching companies until I can somehow raise the money for another insurance copay.

  Working with RX Roof was an excellent experience! They represented every professional standard. The entire team was prompt, responsive, and put every effort into quality workmanship.   RX Roofing did an amazing job on our house! The whole process was easy, and the roof looks fantastic. TJ Lopez was a huge help. He was always there to explain stuff and keep things on track. Really happy with how everything turned out and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair.

  We strongly recommend the team! Honest, reliable, and very professional. They are not here to sell you anything, they walk you through the process and your options with transparency. My sales rep, Sara Molina, showed up on time, was knowledgeable and made us feel confident that we were making the right decision, especially because our roof had no damage, they didn’t force us to do business or contract their work. Other companies were giving us ridiculous estimates, taking advantage of us as homeowners. This company’s values show up at your first time contacting them. We have two properties and didn’t hesitate to think about them for honest advice on both.

  RX Roof was outstanding from start to finish of the roof and gutter replacement. It started with a consultation with Sarel and TJ, who explained the process and options. Once the options were selected, the installation was scheduled quickly. The installers were professional and thoroughly cleaned up to ensure the property was free of debris and nails. RX came back after installation to verify the installation was completed in the appropriate manner. I would definitely recommend them for any roof or gutter repair.

  Every one I dealt with was helpful and clear . They did all they could to get me what I had coming . They were careful of my property and yard art. At completion of replacing my roof , there was no sign they had been there except for the nice new roof .

  Greg and the Rx roof crew are fantastic. We had Complex and extensive damage to my house. Greg helped us through the insurance adjustment process and then his crews (roof, gutters and paint) were all great to work with I highly recommend Rx roof
