  If you’re going to drive poorly, maybe don’t don’t in your company vehicle. This lovely gentleman was to special to wait with all the other thru traffic so he took the right turn only lane, sped past everyone who had been waiting at the light, made an illegal lane change into the lane going straight, and couldn’t even be bothered to signal. Caught up with him at the next light to grab a photo of the truck, he didn’t use a turn signal for the left turn he made there, either. I wouldn’t want to work with a company who’s employees are so brazenly rude and willing to break the law.

  Poor worksmanship. The crew came over and spent the whole day fixing the roof of my house. When they left, there were broken glass, nails and staples left behind. The company did not leave any warnings about not going outside into the yard. They came back for the magnetic sweep. However, I subsequently found large shards of glass, large nails ans staples all over the yard. The company came back for a second sweep, this time I found a large nail on the kids' trampoline. Two weeks after I am still finding small shards of glass, nails and construction staples in my yard, it has become a safety hazard as I cannot let my children and dogs go outside into the yard. We've contacted Advocate Construction company multiples, and nothing can be done about, they basically abandon further discussion. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Update: Kurt and Anna, you have my information, you can call me, I am not chasing you. Stop using this honest review as a platform to pretend that you care about your customer. BTW, charging $27000 for less than 1 day of substandard work is SCAM! Also, corresponding through your lawyer is a fun experience, your company refused to communicate with us anymore, and yet this review prompted you to want to "reconnect".

  6/27/2024 - Hey Mark! Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We always appreciate feedback from our customers, we consider it a gift. Some gifts are great, allow us to improve our operations and reflect on how to deliver better service. Other gifts are like paisley corduroy pants that don’t fit very well. This review is somewhere on the paisley corduroy side of the spectrum. Here's why... 1. This reviewer is not a customer. We have not engaged in a contract and have not delivered any service worthy of a review. 2. The reviewer is attempting to publicly share their opinion of an entire company (of 300 team members) based off an experience with one single sales person’s attempt to help their community after a storm. That's kind of like giving Whataburger a 1-star review because you don’t like the one radio commercial you heard for them during a Stars game. 3. We have a great relationship with insurance agents and insurance adjusters. Based on the text exchange you had with our sales person combined with the timing of this review, it sounds similar to the times when we’ve been unfairly slandered and defamed by others. Since we really have little to go with in your review we are left thinking perhaps that’s what happened here. We'd be happy to do a conference call with your insurance company so we can hear their comments first hand. On occasion, there are folks from the insurance companies who benefit financially from convincing homeowners to cancel or avoid their claim all together. I don't know who you spoke with or who performed your inspection or who your insurance company even is, however, I'd be willing to bet they won't take us up on the offer to meet on-site to evaluate (with us present) your roof and siding. Perhaps it's a by product of some insurance companies paying end of year bonuses for having a low claims volume. Or maybe not. Again, we don't know who your agent is or which insurance company you have or who performed an inspection on

  Noah was awesome! He made sure we were taken care of from start to finish—including pulling proper permits. They really do it by the book. The crew who did our roof did an excellent job and we have yet to find any nails or debris. Definitely will use them again for future projects! Thanks Advocate Construction!

  We had siding installed in one day. Installation was good and it dramatically improved the exterior of the house. Installation crew left a bit of a mess, but Advocate personnel cleaned everything up when I notified them.

  Insurance claims have always been scary and confusing to me. Advocate Construction reps like Noah Tormos helped me feel confident about the whole process, from working with my insurance company to supporting me through the construction process of replacing the whole roof of my house and ensuring I had someone to talk things through along the way.   Nicholas and Luke were great! All State denied the replacement of my roof. They fought for me and the insurance company approved it the next day. The scheduling process was easy and they always kept me informed. I have a two story house and the job was completed in one day. Would highly recommend!
