Skylight leaked within two years of installation of roof. Branden jerked me around all summer and kept talking to the mysterious entities "the boss" at "the office" before telling me that he was going to charge me for repairing the subpar skylight and basically that the leak was the result of age even though it leaked right away. Obviously he and his "boss" don't guarantee anything but a scam job.

Joke of a company. Lousy craftsmanship, and their workers are the most impolite morons ever!

Yesterday Dea, , from vertex roofing came and gave me an estimate to replace my tile roof. I have had three or four bids and hers was the most thorough and enlightening Without walking in my roof, in 100 degree sun, she took her ladder to every side of my home and took pictures. She also went to look at the underside of my attic and took pictures. She told me what the original roofers did correctly as well as where my Vulnerabilities were in my current roof. She spent 2 hours here and explained their process and warranty. She also has a hover type service that works with google satellite to take detailed measurements of the roof so there are no surprises in the cost due to the accuracy of this process. I was most impressed with her professionalism and dedication to give me the most accurate and thorough bid of the four I’ve received I would highly recommend connecting with Dea at vertex

Vertex was extremely professional from Andrew’s initial survey/ estimate to site manager Brandon’s installation. Materials are of the highest quality for insurance coverage and policy premium deductions. If you’re upgrading to steel , be sure to include Vertex in your bids

The quality and attention to detail demonstrated during the installation of a new metal roof on our home was outstanding. While the team members were all solid, the crew leader was top notch - both as a leader and as a hands-on installation expert. The crew cleaned up the work area after each day's work, responded to our questions in a manner that instilled confidence, and they even were concerned about our landscape plants during tear-off and installation! Would highly recommend Vertex for any roofing job - great product & outstanding installation team.

We had a new metal roof installed over our existing shingled roof up in Grand Marais, MN. Vertex crews were timely, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up after each day of work. They removed two problem skylights as well. Our new standing seam roof is awesome! Shout out to Dea and Brandon for delivering a great project!

Excellent work ethic to the man. Brandon led his crew and himself included to a great job fixing my 50 year old roof. The crew worked from 8 am to 6pm. Clean up was excellent to the last nail and old shingles. Many thanks to Dea for all her help in setting this job up and following through after it was done. Being on the main street, many people wanted to know who did the roof and what kind it was. Having your trucks on the main street when you worked also helped and I hope you will get some jobs here in the future. My sincere thanks to all 5 of your men who did this job for such excellent work. Virginia Ivancich, Ely

The employees of Vertex roofing were impressive from start to finish. The presentation by Dea was extremely thorough, complete with samples, and analysis of what materials were necessary to solve my roofing needs. Even before the crew showed up for the job, the head contractor, Brandon, communicated with me multiple times to set time-frames for both the begin work date and when they would arrive on my remote site. The polite, hard working crew of Brandon, CJ, Jason, Devin, Ethan, and Isaac, put in long days of work under tough conditions with the worst bug hatch in years. Yet, they powered through the job and completed a beautiful standing seam metal roof. I truly appreciated their attention to detail. When they ran into a damaged and rotting section of roof, their skill and experience shined as they immediately got to work to complete repairs and make my roof watertight. The end product is perfect!

I had a great experience working Dea at Vertex who helped me select the metal roofing product as well as color selection. Work on my house was scheduled well in advance an actually had the opportunity to start earlier than planned. Brandon was the supervisor on my project and since i wasn't onsite for the entire project he kept me well informed thru out with pictures and phone calls when needed. The job site was kept clean on a daily basis and once complete all trash and excess material were removed. The quality and look of the roofing is exactly as presented and iam very happy with final look and finish.

Came when they said they would and worked quickly while here. Roof looks professional. Clerical/communication could be improved but overall would recommend.

Vertex Roofing is in a class above the rest when compared to other roofing contractors. I signed the initial contract in late August 2020. However, because they were booked so far out with other jobs, there was a 2 month wait before they could start on my roof. In the meantime, they went above & beyond what they were contracted to do. Upon their own initiation, Vertex Roofing came out to my house within just a couple of weeks & put down a waterproof tarp over my old & leaking roof, to protect me from any further water damage during that 2 month delay. (And they did this at no additional cost to me!!). So, when all was said & done, I could NOT have been more pleased with my finished roof, (which was done in Copper Penny). It was just beautiful. And finally, I have to say how impressed I was by the level of professionalism exhibited by their entire staff, from sales to installers, not often found among other contractors. So, take my word for it & hire Vertex to install your next, (and probably last), metal roof & I promise, you will NOT be disappointed!!! from Ann Edwardson, Eveleth, MN

Love our new roof! So nice not to have to shovel it off this winter. Our roof was installed this fall. All of the workers at our residence were a great bunch of guys! They were very polite and professional, they also made sure the yard was cleaned every time they wrapped up for the day. Our roof was installed in 3 1/2 days! Questions always answered in a timely manner if not right away from sales. I highly recommend Vertex for your next roof!!
