  Dont hire these people they sub out the work and you get substandard work done

  George thank you for your feed back but we don’t have you as a customer and appears to be a fake account! Maybe you’re not sure the roles and the difference between a general contractor and a sub contractor. A subcontractor definitely doesn’t mean you get substandard work. This comment doesn’t apply to us in anyway and as you can see from all of our great reviews we pride ourselves on being the best and never offering substandard work as you call it.   Put on roof last summer, now Ice dam leaks where never leaked before , I called really he didn't seem interested in hearing or helping with the problem. My advice go somewhere else.

  Sorry you feel this way! I spent a entire phone conversation with you explaining ice dams, the cause of ice dams and how to fix them. We even went above and beyond and completely ice and water shield your home to try and help mitigate the ice dams at your request. Your review has nothing to do with our roofing or the roofing system. We all know we had record breaking snow this year which is what causes ice dams and is the reason for your issue. Again it is a insulation and ventilation issue. This is the worst year we have had in so many years. Like I explained this is covered by most insurance company’s for removal of ice dams and the damage they cause. We have a steamer to help with safely removing ice dams but unfortunately it is not free. They are very expensive and expensive to operate. We also have phone numbers of insulation contractors in our area who we use and refer that we passed along there contacts. Unfortunately no shingle manufacturers or installers can warranty against ice dams. Shingles are designed to shed water and ice dams grow from the bottom up and break the seals of the shingles as I have explained. Tried to help and give you options, unfortunately with modular homes it is very hard to hold the heat inside and with vaulted ceilings on a modular home even harder to contend with. Only so much space for insulation and ventilation. We are happy to help and always give our return customers our best price and upmost attention! Thanks for your feedback and good luck!

  Outlast Construction responded to storm damage on my home when a massive willow tree fell on my addition. Travis was out there within an hour. He worked with my Insurance (Farmers) and was able to get a new roof on the addition within a week. Outlast made a stressful situation feel like a minor inconvenience. Can’t recommend them enough!!

  Cannot recommend Outlast enough for your roofing needs. Travis was great to work with, the crew was on time, quick, and really paid attention to making sure they didn't leave any debris behind. Roof looks amazing! I would definitely use Outlast again!!

  First off, we had a lot of work that needed to be done for this project. The first and foremost was new siding, soffit and fascia. Additionally, my wife and I needed two patio doors, an entry door, and a side entry door into the garage. We chose Outlast because they had excellent reviews and were local and had great financing options. After reaching out to them, we were contacted by Travis. He was amazing to work with and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. This being our first siding replacement, he made the process much less stressful than anticipated. I'm going to give a big shout out to Jorge and his crew for applying the new Emerald Diamond Kote and fascia because they did an amazing job with the install and detail work. Eric did an awesome job installing the new doors and appreciated his attention to detail! If anyone is looking for a quality company to make the process of siding install as stress free as possible, Outlast is the answer! Thanks again! Siding: LP Smartside with Diamond Kote Emerald color

  Outlast showed why they are an excellent company. Travis was professional and knowledgeable and gave us a great price. His crew was skilled and efficient; they arrived at 6:30 AM and were completely done by 11:30 which included cleaning up the grounds! It was a pleasure to deal with Outlast!

  We couldn’t be happier with the work Outlast Construction did for us! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and truly cared about delivering an outstanding result. A huge shoutout to Travis — his communication was exceptional throughout the entire project. He kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening. Travis went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every detail. He was patient with our questions, offered great suggestions, and even followed up after completion to ensure everything was perfect. (Even offered to send an electrician when a light wouldn’t work) The crews were top notch working in high heat and nasty smoke.(Thanks Carlos and crew) We took multiple quotes from companies but wanted one the would do all our projects (Roof, Siding, Soffit and Facia) If you’re looking for a construction company that actually listens and delivers, look no further than Outlast Construction. Highly recommend!

  Found out about outlast construction through the home show. Even with it being slammed with appointments, they got everything done in a timely matter. Had Ronald and Hailey come give me my estimate and they are definitely a good joyful bunch to talk to. Materials got delivered and my roof got done in 2 days after. The malarkey warranty was such a good add on too!

  I’ve been sitting on getting my roof redone because of how the economy has been, but also doing a ton of research. I’ve read so many reviews on so many companies, and I came across Outlast. Gave them call to request a quote and the process to set up having someone come take a look was easy. It wasn’t but a few days later that one of their reps, Hailey, was at my property to assess the health of my roof. She was fantastic; friendly, knowledgeable, energetic. If her attitude represents the company, we’ve got a winner for my needs.

I appreciate a company from Duluth coming up to the Iron Range as another option for us residents.   They are very flexible to work with. Had Hailey come to my house. Flew a drone over the house to look at any damage and get good overview pictures. Got the estimate within an hour of her leaving.
