  Update: A few days later I recieved a call back apologizing for not delivering the timely estimate. I agreed that they could still submit a bid which was competetive. I did choose a different roofing company who had equally competetive pricing and was able to perform other repairs needed for the chimney and insulation. I notified Rhino that I ended up going with a different company and received another call thanking me for letting me know and once again they did express an apology for not delivering the bid as first requested. Very poor experience with Rhino Roofing. Derek did not show up on time as scheduled for a roof inspection needed to repair/replace and create a estimate for the work needed. I called when he did not show up and was told there was a mix up in the schedule. He did arrive later that afternoon, but did not come equipped to do an estimate. After discussing both temporary and permanent fixes needed, he said he would be sending me an estimate for the work to be done. 1 week later no estimate arrived. I called and left a message that I had been expecting an estimate, but no call back. I would not recommend Rhino roofing

  I had a roof replacement and gutters installed on my home. Everyone I worked with at Rhino was very professional, honest, flexible, helpful, and friendly. Communication was clear and easy. They were great about sending pictures throughout the process when I wasn't able to be home. The roof was done in one day! Gutters were just the following week. I would recommend them!

  Great company. Quality work and friendly service. Communication was excellent. We needed some work done on a porch roof while we were out of town. We were never out of the loop on the progress of our job and received helpful pictures when the work was complete. We would us Rhino again for any future roofing needs.

  Rhino Roofing staff specializes in each phase of the project. One, the offer of GAF products as well as many other material choices, each to the specific need of the project even price sensitive choices. A site visit complete with photographs is presented professionally using latest technologies. Two, once contracted, the production group verifies material quantities and pricing including the accessories needed on the job site so that the roof can get done that day for us. Three, the day selected worked for weather and the team was adequately manned to get the job done regular like with all necessary parts being available on site. A family affair that works together to get er' done. Rhino roofing, Minnesota: job complete, excellent work and looks great! Not a nail found after cleanup. Thank you especially for that.

  We’ve used Rhino Roofing for 2 different roof projects and have been very happy! Ryan and Derek are always very responsive. We got quotes from multiple companies around Duluth and were very happy with the price from Rhino. I like that they give you plenty of photos of the work as it is being done. Great communication.

  The folks at Rhino Roofing were a pleasure to work with - prompt, and reasonably priced, and they got my tricky roof (Dutch colonial with dormers plus an add-on) done in just a couple days!

  There are a lot of places now a days to replace your roof. I had called around and got several quotes. I finally decided on Rhino Roofing who had actually given me a quote 2 years ago. They are very responsive, priced better than any of the other quotes. They kept me updated on date of work to begin. On the day they started, there was an error with the work to be done (mine not theirs), they didn’t even hesitate, they got the decking that had to be replaced right away. They also send you progress photos at each stage of the work using a drone! If you are looking for a reliable, reasonably priced, and very professional roofing company, use Rhino, Ryan and Derek were awesome!

  Awesome team. Awesome service. Second time I have gone to them for my second house. Great price. Great work and quality. They fixed half my roof, repairing the crappy work of another company. I trust this roof will last the 20 some years or more.

  Didn't expect to replace a roof this summer, but after seeing all the great drone shots of compromised areas, it was time. Very prompt with meeting times, communication, and cleanup. It was nice to see progress pictures as the job went along. A big thanks to everyone involved to make the new roof a smooth transition!
