Peak Construction Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Peak Construction Roofing.

Fair price for a 12 sq tear off and replace. Peak subcontracts roofers instead of local guys. I got some guys from Ohio and out of the three of them only 1 was knowledgeable. Clean-up was poor as the roofers tired to hide a ball of tore off drip edge behind a brush pile in my yard and left a bunch of pieces of drip edge in my yard. Jason said he would come back to pick it up but has yet to do it as I already paid them. Roofing job was alright at best the vent cap line wasn't very straight and a lot of the shingles weren't very straight either. Drip cap was put on with edges sticking out. Because my house was a small house I got the "lesser" experienced guys.

A coworker recommended Peak to do my roof reshingle and so I reached out to them and the whole experience was fantastic. I communicated with Kaden who is the nicest guy. Super easy to talk to. Just a pleasure to work with. The job took 1 day. They cleaned up everything very well. The roof looks amazing. The price was very reasonable. I am very happy I went with Peak. Will recommend to anyone asking about roofing.

Corey's communication was absolutely top tier, from our first meet-up to the final check-in after work was all done! I couldn't be more pleased with this new roof. Really. He had the best plan and price of 4 options I talked with, then when we tore off old materials and found a couple more problems, he and the crew rose to the challenge that had hidden from us as well. I'm so glad I asked my insurance rep who does the best work for a good price, he was so right

Worked with Cory on our house and garage roof. They did a great job and had great communication and very good business practices. Spoke with and got estimates from 5+ other local businesses and we were the most impressed with the one we received from Peak. Great warranty plans and always happy to use Minnesota made products as well.

Peak construction was thorough, friendly, easy to work with and provided great suggestions in replacing my house and garage roofs. They replace both roofs in one day. The workers were friendly, helpful and professional. Kaden, my coordinator, answered my many questions, helped with determining what products were best for me and helping with my insurance requirements. He was timely, communicated often and was friendly and easy to work with. 90

Cory provided excellent communication throughout the project, keeping us informed every step of the way and making sure all of our questions were answered promptly. The roofing crew was timely, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Cory kept us informed with every step of the way from the day we ordered the shingles to the deliveries of the product and dumpster! The crew was pleasant, friendly and hard working! They cleaned up the work site and made sure the neighbors yard was also cleaned of any debris that may have gotten there. Our friends recommended Peak after they had received great work on their houses and out buildings.
