  I'm not going to bash everything they did for us, . the siding was very well done and we are very happy. Be sure to get estimates first though, we spent a little more based on a reputation and found out the hard way that's not always the case. Now don't let them fool you thinking they are MASONARYS. Please hire real masonry's if you need stonework. They had to redo their entire website of the lies they claim to provide that we called them out on. Not sure why we had to be the victims. We have to tear off all of their work and start from scratch costing us thousands to fix what they did to our home. We took them to small claims court and awarded half of what we claimed. The judge ruled a breach of contract as their work was very subpar based on what they claim to provide, and an admission of guilt pretty much sealed their fate. We basically received the labor cost and not the material. If anyone would like to read it, you can search my name Tim Larsen or Morin's Siding & Window at the State of Minnesota MCRO Case Search public records you can see the Judge's decision and what was determined what they did to us. (Can't type "Morin's Exteriors" has to be what I stated). More than likely changed their name to hide the Court Records appears. We had all the proof, and they literally had nothing and thought they'd win instead of working with us and fixing it. 50+ pictures, contractor quotes, home inspectors report, realtor statement of how this poor job affects our home. They didn't stand a chance. They can respond to this review and say whatever they want about us, about how they did this and that to make us happy, they laid out every excuse, EXCEPT fix their poor work, you take one look at our home, and you would definitely think twice about signing with them. Bottom line is this, we are the customer and it's their job to deliver what they claim to provide. They did a bad job and wouldn't own it. Not a single one of them would be proud to have

  Morin's told me multiple times, including halfway through day 1 of the project, that it was a one-day job. It wasn't until I got home that day and found they had left their tools on my property with no communication from them that I figured they were coming back the next day. The project ended up taking two full days--twice the quoted time. The installers lied to me about communication I would receive from their foreman, and they damaged my property on their way out. Worst of all, their sales guy told me in July that it would be "no problem" to complete a quick and simple soffit repair to keep the pigeons out while they were doing the other job. The installers said that they couldn't reach it, so they'd have to get the roofing team to come out "in the next couple weeks." The roofing foreman first forgot about my job, then spent months ignoring calls and texts. When he did respond, it was with excuses about why they hadn't been out to do a quick and very simple job. They procrastinated me so long, continuing to tell me that they would still do it, that winter came and went. It is April, a dozen pigeons are fully moved in, and it is all Morin's fault. Do NOT use this company. They have a good product but everything about their business is AWFUL.

  I had an appointment with Morin's on April 7th. Brandon never showed up for the appointment, and when I left a message, he never responded.

  Unprofessional company. Brandon Morin failed to return several phone calls or show up at agreed upon time to quote a job. We ended up hiring a competitor who did a tremendous job.

  We had a great experience with Morin’s Exteriors recently with the installation of new gutters and downspouts on our cabin. The installation team of Carsen and Adam were great to work with. They were very personable and engaging throughout the entire installation process. They took the time to get our feedback on what our expectations were for the installation. They also came and asked us several times to review what they had done and ensure that we were satisfied with their work. We appreciated that they were very attentive to their measurements, and the final appearance of the gutters and downspouts. We would highly recommend Morin’s Exteriors and the “A” team of Carsen and Adam!

  Carsen and Adam did excellent work. I received a phone call the day before notifying me that they would be coming by the next day. They arrived the next morning and got to work right away.   Carsten & Adam did a great job installing the new gutters on my house. They were friendly and worked extremely hard at getting the fit just right. The salesman , Bill was very responsive with my questions and getting the job scheduled. I would highly recommend Morin’s and especially Carsen, Adam and Bill.

  Brandon is a childhood friend of mine. Recently, my son noticed a growing crack in a large picture window of our living room that seemed to happen spontaneously. I messaged Brandon knowing he works with windows and siding (always fun to see childhood friends use their superpowers to help each other out in our careers as adults!) and to see if he could help with repair. He reached out to his colleague, John, from Glass Pro. John came out to our place the next morning to help get a plan down for repair. He brainstormed ideas of what would be needed with us, talked about options. I’m excited to see what the replacement looks like and connecting.

  Morin's did a complete siding, soffit and fascia job at our house in 2018 and we are still pleased with their job. Everything has held up well with no fading or product degradation. Their crew showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of the project and stayed on task until the job was finished. Would we use them again? Yes, without question.

  They go the extra mile to provide a superior level of service as long as you're willing to pay for it. They have high-end siding and windows. If you're looking for something better than just construction or standard grade this is definitely one of the places you should check out.

  Dave, Curtis, Luke, Wes, and Mark replaced my large (12.5 x 4.5’) second story window without a hitch. Morin’s also replaced my rain gutters earlier this year. Morin’s crews are consistently professional, courteous, and very efficient.

  Morin installed new metal roofing, gutters and downspouts a few years ago. They have great attention to detail, are great communicators and follow through on issues that come up during the process. They traveled from Duluth to Grand Marais and yet had a very competitive price.
