  I called Empire Roofing about 4 weeks ago to get an estimate. Someone came out with a drone and took some pictures of my garage roof that I was looking to get done. I then emailed my insurance information to this company and was told I would get emailed back the estimate and a plan for the roof replacement. Communication was little to none. I had to call every 2-3 days to ask about when I was going to receive this information in my email. After 4 weeks of waiting was told they couldn't approve to do the job due to a busy schedule. This is something I believe a company should be aware of to inform a customer right away. Rather then sending someone out to take pictures of a project and have them wait 4 weeks to tell them no. I could have gotten the ball rolling on contacting other contractors in the mean time. Getting closer to the winter months so this makes it extremely frustrating on trying to get a roof done in time before snow falls.

  Its been 2 months since I requested a bid on my small roof leak/bathroom fan project and not a word! Someone came out with a drone to look at it. I called twice and reviewed my phone number, email and address. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service and advertising.

  Waiting a month for Empire to call me back. They put in a new roof on as I had a leaky roof. Roof still leaking. Empire had fixed my ceiling and now its damaged all over again. Why don't they call me back? Hmmmm

  We called and asked for them come back to do a little better job cleaning up, as there were old roof staples, asbestos shingles, new shingle pieces, and nails all over the place. With two little kids around this is not cool. They never responded. We had called about a simple question previously and they didn't respond to that either. They also left some funky metal pieces sticking up all along the edge of the porch roof (I'm guessing related to the rain gutter) but just looks very sloppy and unfinished. I don't feel confident about the quality of work they did at all. There are quite a few roofing companies out there that might not have quite as cheap of an estimate but will do a far better job.

  Four phone calls: 1st call was told I'd hear from an estimator within two days. When that person never called made three subsequent calls; not one was returned. Apparently they're making so much money these days that they don't need any more business. So stop calling them; they've already made all the money they need to.

  Why would I think you can get my roof replaced when you can't even show up for an estimate....not just late for the estimate, didn't show up AT ALL. Call center was no help, they told me twice that someone would call back and no one ever did. Great first impression, guys.

  I can't say enough good things about Empire Roofing! When I first called, they were patient and understanding and helped walk me through the process since I don't know much about roofing projects or repairs. Whenever I called or emailed with more questions, they responded the very same day. This is pretty remarkable since the majority of the other roofing companies I tried to contact... didn't even return my initial phone call. On installation day, the crew was incredibly kind and professional. The roof and cleanup of the project was completed in one day. Empire Roofing far exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

  Had an old antenna removed from the roof and would absolutely recommend Empire Roofing. We received a very fair estimate quickly and were fit into the schedule expediently. I do wish communication between the office and on-site staff was a bit more streamlined, but it did not detract from our service. The estimator Trevor was very knowledgeable and friendly, and additionally, the roofer noticed our very high gutter was clogged at the time of service and gave us a great price to add on that service. That’s a win. We will be keeping Empire in our Rolodex for sure!

  After looking around for a local company to address issues with my roof and gutters, I found Empire Roofing. I was thoroughly impressed when the rep flew a drone around my house to detail issues and damage. I was given an explaination of what they saw in basic terms and the rep gave my many options on how to handle that would best fit my budget. They did not try to sell me on things that I wouldn't need, which means a lot to me as a consumer. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and any issues were addressed promptly. I would highly recommend Empire for any roofing and gutter needs, and look forward to working with them again in the future when the need arises!

  Our salesperson Patrick was very professional when reviewing our garage and house roof. Patrick explained what shingles they would use, warranty, when we could receive the estimate and time the project could get started. If there was questions we wood received a phone call back on the same day. We would recommend Empire Roofing.
