Had Chaney Smith come out to look at my roof, he explained to me what was going on and got it fixed immediately, easy to talk to and ask question with, very polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10 service!

Had the pleasure of working with Cody Van-Sickle from Vernco Roofing on a project. What impresses me was his attention to detail and excellent communication. Highly recommend these guys for all of your roofing needs in the Des Moines, Iowa area and surrounding metro.

All I can say is WOW! The VernCo crew did an amazing job. Even though we have a large and complicated roof, Chaney's hard working and professional crew accomplished a removal and re-roof in just two days. And their clean-up far exceeded …

We have been having issues with our roof every time a windstorm came through. We had it "fixed" with another company but the issue kept happening. Our insurance agent connected us with Chaney and he was so helpful and came out the same day to check it out. He gave us a quote which was very reasonable and had it fixed the same week. He was so nice to work with and the best part is that there have been no more issues with the roof. Thank you Chaney!
