  Ryan. This review is inappropriate and incorrect. The timeliness of your work getting done had to do with your insurance company holding back an approval, and not A New Look. We have record of every text message and every phone call in our system to show that indeed we were responsive when you contacted us. Additionally, we performed extra work when we uncovered hidden rot on your house and did not bill you for it. I would encourage you to reach out to our office with any other confusion or issues.   A lot of contractors have worked on my home in the past 26 years, and I can say enequivicolly that A New Look Exteriors is the absolute worst. I am in the process of replacing the gutters and downspouts that I bought from them a year ago. Save yourself the trouble and hire a different company.

  Sheryl. I am disappointed you left this review. Your gutters were installed 100% correctly. We came out and reviewed the install with you multiple times. I even called the sales person from the other gutter company you were talking to to have him specifically explain why he said the gutters were wrong and he backpedaled on the phone in front of both of us. He was just trying to make another sale. You were complaining about water running down the front of the gutters. Luckily, I was out there while it was raining and the rain doesn’t only land in the gutter. I cannot control where God let it rain. Our company, our employees, and me as the owner care deeply about every job that we do and I hope that the people that see this review read our response.

  I had a negative experience with A New Look Exteriors. It is frustrating because I needed to take time off work and wait for a service provider who ended up not meeting my expectations. Firstly, it's concerning that they did not communicate the minimum square footage requirement for concrete work upfront. This information would have been essential for me to know before scheduling a visit, as it could have saved us both time and effort. Additionally, it's disappointing that they showed up late after I had taken a day off work. While delays can happen, it's respectful to keep customers informed if there are any changes to the agreed-upon schedule. Finally, it's concerning that they claimed to do fences over the phone, but then said otherwise when they arrived. This is a clear miscommunication that could have been avoided if they were upfront about their services from the beginning. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend A New Look Exteriors. I would suggest looking for another service provider who is more transparent and respectful of their customer's time.

  Nick. We never did business together. I’m sorry you feel it necessary to leave 1-star reviews for business that you don’t contract with. We absolutely value all of our potential clients time. And our sales rep called you ahead of time to let you know he was running behind because our training meeting at our office went a little long. Our initial consultation is free, while some other companies charge for estimates. And having minimum job sizes is customary in our industry. We are a local and family run company.   Extremely poor customer service. Had a new driveway poured in September of 2022. This winter, the driveway has raised 1" or more from the garage floor. Contacted company through both text and voicemail, but never received any call back. Had to keep reaching out to them about the issue. Said they would send someone out to take pictures and that the raising of the cement was "normal" due to freezing. Have consulted other cement contractors who state this is not normal and New Look should come out and fix the issue. Company never sent anyone out for the pictures and has never called back. They don't stand behind their product once they have the money.

  Cindy, I am glad we were able to connect today about your driveway. As we discussed, "heaving" is caused by the water in the ground and the water table freezing during the winter. When water freezes, it expands by 9% or more depending on the soil mix. We mitigate heaving by having good drainage under the driveway. To do this, we put compacted gravel under all our driveways before we pour. It is also why there is an expansion joint between the driveway and the garage. They are different thicknesses, and will expand at different rates, hence the expansion joint. We do have a record of the calls and texts between us. And one of our production managers came out and knocked the door and took some time stamped pictures in January. I am sorry we were not able to connect on this issue until today.   Be careful with this company, actually do like the door, but they do not want to return and fix issues from installation, they texted us, not called and told us they would have to charge us to return to fix issues, didn't realize when sold the door it was a as is type thing, needless to say they won't get our business for the other patio door we need. Sure the owner called after I sent them a few upset texts, a little to late, wouldn't want them stepping foot on my property if I gotta get upset and contact them several times to get repairs, bottom line, they informed us we would have to pay to repair the things that were not done right. Wow ,

  Tim. I have read your review and believe there is some confusion. I have called and left multiple messages with you to set an appointment to explain the installation and review your complaint. I have pictures and video of the installation and can show the door is installed correctly. We stand behind our install and do things according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. We will come out for free if our crew made any errors. We performed extra work that you were not charged for due to the condition of your home. You can reach out to our office at 515-276-1900 and we can set an appointment to explain the installation to you. In the meantime, you can also go to the manufacturer website and review the installation instructions yourself.

  Windows were installed in early 2020. One window was installed improperly, we gave notice shortly thereafter. A new look has been working with us throughout but it seems to only be when we reach out to them. The window still has not been repaired after several windows have been tried and failed. Not great when we can't use our windows for fear of more damage. Update: we were contacted by company after posting this review and told that the windows were in and would be installed shortly thereafter. The day of installation we were told that the window manufacturer 'lost' the windows. I dont know maybe time to go with a different supplier? This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had. I just want this problem resolved at this point so I don't have to deal with this company any more, I'm sure they feel the same way about us.

  Ian. I’ve reviewed your file and all the communication between us and the manufacturer. I am sorry this has taken a while. Some manufacturers have put warranty things on the back burner with all the production issues they are facing. We have been out to the house to work on the window and replace parts a few times. We are also replacing the window in total as soon as it arrives from the warranty claim we put in. I do appreciate the business and we will stand behind the product.   Mark. Our window manufacturer that we were using when I met you to discuss doing more windows hit a major supply chain issue. I have been scrambling to get a new manufacture on board that we can trust. I am very sorry I did not get back to you about the window job.

  Had a small leak showing up in our kitchen, contacted Nicole about having them take a look to see what the issue was. Justin came over and did an extensive inspection of the roof and attic. He even went into the attic twice to really identify where the leak was coming from. He determined that the boots on the pipe vents were leaking. He immediately went onto the roof found that they all had some caulking issues, re-caulked them all and even inspected and caulked the vents. He explained everything he did and advised us what next steps would need to be taken if the leak returns. Both Nicole and Justin were great to work with, prompt, very informative and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for my next home repair.

  I can’t recommend A New Look Exteriors and Justin highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience has been outstanding. Justin and his crew did an amazing job tearing off my old roof and installing a beautiful new one. The quality of the work was excellent, and Justin took the time to explain every step of the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with everything. His communication and customer service are second to none. What has impressed me even more is how they stand behind their customers. After the severe storms that rolled through just before the Fourth of July, I noticed damage to my siding. I sent Justin a message, and within 30 minutes he had a crew at my house assessing the damage! That level of responsiveness is almost unheard of these days. He’s already scheduled to come back and take care of the siding repairs. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers, does exceptional work, and responds quickly when you need them most. If you’re looking for a roofing or exterior contractor you can trust, A New Look Exteriors is the company to call. Thank you, Justin, for your professionalism, honesty, and incredible service.   I had my siding replaced. The owner Justin met with me to discuss options. He and Jevon were very patient and caring. They wanted to make sure I received the best product for the house and for my situation. I appreciated that, and they were great to work with. I went with steel siding, charcoal gray, and no vertical seems. The crew was great as well. They installed the siding in 10 work-days and worked long hours each day. I appreciated that as well. Great job team, and great company!
