  Sales guys were super rude, wouldn’t bid because they demanded to see my wife. Kept lying about the state of the roof. Don’t trust them

  Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've been handling most inquiries for my grandmother while I'm staying with her to help get her home in order. Called these people and they were rude and kept interrupting me when trying to inquire if they were the company we were looking for because I wasn't the homeowner. Called a second time and got a less rude person. Set up an appointment only for them to call me at the time of the appointment that they had actually overbooked and wouldn't know when they'd be able to squeeze us in. Found someone else to go with, wouldn't recommend.

  Interested in their product and gave them my information. They called me non stop from a Dallas number wouldn’t leave a message or email me. When I finally answered they wouldn’t even come out to my house if my wife wasn’t present. I would be more upset if they did that to my wife. Zero stairs and clearly not trustworthy.

  Company trolls neighborhoods pushing high priced roofing with a supposed transferable “Guarantee”. Price was at least triple what competitive (and long term Des Moines Based) companies would have charged. Service was delivered by a subcontractor who didn’t speak English. Salesman was unclear and over sold his product / services. And on top off all that there was problems with the installation. They also tried to and justify their high price by literally, PUSHING financing and a way to “afford” their overpriced service. They may need to be turned into the Iowa Attorney Generals office. They deserve zero stars, but Google wouldn’t allow that.

  Wow Had them come out for estimates what can say they were polite, but when the paperwork came out I thought I was going to have the gold flaked (👑)steel like Capital, but no just asphalt shingles?💸💵 …

  Presentation was great. When it came to the installation process they couldn’t get the measurements correct. They came twice to measure because the first measurements weren’t accurate. Now, when the windows did arrive in early August and the installation was scheduled. Two of the windows were sent in the wrong measurements. My children’s room didn’t get new windows installed but the installers removed the old ones and put them back again, causing the room to be really hot. A month later, the installation manager contacted me via text to inform me the two windows had finally arrived and said he would follow up to schedule the installation. That occurred in 09/18/2023. A follow up text message was sent this week with no response. Made a call today and it went straight to voicemail. It’s really frustrating this lack of communication and attention to this process. For how much they cost this whole process has been terrible.

  Initially, they were great. There contractors were shady and slow. My drip edge was recycled. They destroyed our gutters by leaning there ladders on them. They showed up when it was pitch black begging to get on the roof to finish the job …

  Today my family met Jaymes, an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable employee who exceeded our expectations. He took his time to educate us, explaining the differences in our options and even showing us samples of the roofing. Jaymes offered us visuals on an iPad, tangible examples of all materials used and real-world examples of previous jobs/experiences that helped us make the most informed decision possible. The most impressive thing about meeting Jaymes is company itself. The warranty's they offer are beyond good - we're talking 30 years on fiberglass and 50 years on metal roofing. They spend an impressive amount of time and energy into training their employees and my favorite fact of them all - This company is all about quality. The quality of their roofing materials is something you cannot ignore, no matter which type you choose, you are getting quality materials AND quality service. If those reasons weren't enough for you - My family is under a tight budget and Erie offered us financial options that were beyond us, something we didn't even think was possible. They quite literally made something unattainable become reality. I can't thank the Erie team enough. Jaymes, Mark and Kelsey, thank you for making our unrealistic roofing dreams a reality. 13/10, an incredible experience I would recommend to anyone who wants their roof done well by people who treat them with respect and honesty.

  They were easy to work with, communication was great - answered all my questions and concerns. Our roof and gutters were done quickly but still respectful of property, clean up was impressive and we love our new roof and gutters!

  Had to replace my 19yo shingles on all 3 buildings as I was leaking in each of them. The men came, removed everything, covered all my flower beds to protect them, cleaned up after themselves, were very polite. Did a great job and now I can breath easier with our spring and summer rains coming. Thanks guys for a nice job done.

  They did everything that they said they would do. Workmanship was excellent and extremely efficient getting the job completed on time. The yard was cleaned up so well you would never have thought they had been there. I would highly recommend this company.!

  My roof has never been totally replaced since I've lived there just patched here and there so when it started to leak in the front room I decided it was time to have it replaced and it all happened in one day gutters replaced the next day …

  I am very satisfied with choosing Erie Home for replacing my 23 year old roof with a new one. From start to finish was an enjoyable and satisfying experience from their Field Representative Robert King to their Installation Manager Alec Kilby. Their Roofing Crew they hire are very enjoyable and satisfying to work with as well. They are very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and uphold Erie Home's very high quality of standards that you expect from an experienced and reputable roofing buisness. Erie Home has options to coose from with their roofing products. They have their 50-Year Warranty Metal Shingles to their 30-Year Warranty Architectural Fiberglass/Asphalt Shingles. Financing options are also available through Erie Home for your new roof, which most of us have to do when it comes to replacing your old roof. They have you covered through the whole process. I would recommend Erie Home to anyone who needs a new roof. Thanks you, Carey

  When trying to find a company to install our new roof we looked into several companies and researched them. We wanted a company that has an excellent reputation and was within our price range. I made an appointment with Erie home to have an estimate done. About two hours later we were signing paper to get the work done. We were very impressed with all aspects of this company's work and products. We also appreciated the representative's willingness to help us finance the project and thorough presentation of the company and it's products. A few weeks after signing to contract we were getting the project started. Start to finish it was done in one day, roughly 12 hours total. The roofers did a great job and it looks so nice. We've had several compliments about it. The only issue we had was that our little strawberry patch was smashed by the tarps they put down to throw the roofing stuff on. But we didn't make it clear that the patch was there. We definitely have had a great experience with Erie Home, and will definitely let others know that Erie Home is an excellent company to entrust all of your home improvement projects with.
