  I will never let this company touch my house again. Their workmanship is very poor. They botched my roof and then threatened to leave my roof open if I didn’t pay them thousands of dollars more to fix their mistakes. They destroyed my siding while fixing the roof so they had to replace that. The project manager Drew hung up on me multiple times. Terrible experience all around.

  Not happy with R3 at all. In the beginning it was good with the sales person. They helped fight with insurance. But as soon as I signed the contract with them, things turned bad. I was handed over to someone that never responded (Drew I think it was). After weeks of no response, finally I hear something about my install date. Once that work was completed, there were damages and things that needed fixed. Again, we reached out and again, no response for weeks. After finally getting the things fixed, they pressured me to pay or threatened to hand my case over to collections if I didn’t pay on time. I will not be recommending or ever going with them again.

  I had to send pictures of our claim. They were weeks behind the original quoted time. They replaced items on our home that were black with silver parts so it looks ridiculous. The left materials in our yard 3 weeks after the job was complete. I requested a bill in July. Didn't get a bill until September and they requested that I pay the bill in 3 days. This was a bill that was $10,000 more than originally quoted in February. I paid them what I had budgeted for the original quote they have been very aggressive. Texting multiple times a day and being extremely rude, I told them that I was looking into financing and that I would follow up with them. My bill is paid in full and I am so grateful that I don't have to work with disorganized and disrespectful people. I will be following up with my insurance company to encourage that they are not a recommended to others !

  Sue, we are very sorry for this misunderstanding. We talked to the project manager you were working with and it seems that a proper inspection by insurance was never done on the roof due to the rain that day. Our project manager was there and the adjuster did not show up. When our project manager presented his damage photos to insurance, and asked for a proper inspection, they declined. At this point, it seems like you as the homeowner have not been given proper and legal inspection you should have after filing a claim. We can help you get what you deserve if you are willing to exercise your homeowner rights in this situation by telling your insurance carrier they need to come and complete a full, and faithful adjustment of your property.   We are sorry that the insurance carrier did not cover the windows or the siding for you at all. We would be willing to give you a bid for those items or revisit them with your insurance carrier if there is storm damage, but we cannot do the work if it is not agreed upon with the homeowner and/or the insurance.   I had storm damage to my roof and gutters and insurance was being super difficult with getting damages covered under my claim. Max assessed my home and helped me get evidence to make sure my damages were fully covered by my insurance. The work completed was done super well and they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have known anyone was here. I’ve never had such a good clean up job with a contractor before. If you have a difficult insurance company andaré debating filing a claim I highly recommend Max with R3. He will be up front and honest with you if it’s worth filing a claim and what he can reasonably help you with within that process.

  I would say 4.5 overall, the actual roofing job was done in 8 hours, Crew did what looks like a very good job. The roof is only about a week old. All the other work with R3 people was really good and they are knowledgeable.

  We worked with Dalton Nelson! Dalton will go way beyond to help. It took us 8 months of debating between us and our insurance company. Dalton would do whatever the insurance company needed to prove it was an insurance claim. Dalton’s persistency to fight for us with the insurance company was impressive. No way my wife and I would have been able to get this taken care of by insurance if it was not for Dalton and the team at R3 Roofing! Thanks again!!
