  They showed little disregard for my house, garden, and flower beds. They did significant damage to my composite decking, wood porch railings, flowers, and garden. They were willing to fix/replace some of what was damaged but it should not have happened. You pay a company to provide a service not to create other problems. Then they said our gutters all had to be replaced, tore them off, and left us without. I later showed another roofer who said they did not need to be replaced. I contacted Apple Roofing who said insurance would pay for it but they only covered $150 of $800. I would not recommend!!!!

  I never had any repairs done. The salesman showed up at my doorstep unannounced told me what company was he was from I tried to explain I was not interested in his services but he was very persistent and very pushy which I do not appreciate when someone says they are not interested and tries to tell you politely to leave that is when you leave you don't continue to be pushy to the point the person has to literally tell you to get off their property

  In 2019, we had Apple Roofing come redo our roof due to hail damage. They were able to redo the roof very quickly thanks to our insurance company putting some pressure to get it done. We now, however, have issues with the drywall in our second floor because they did not put any roof vents in the roof to help with the airflow and moisture we get in the Iowa summers. I have messaged multiple times to discuss this with them and have been ghosted. Poor quality of service. Would not recommend this company for any roofing needs.

  Requested an estimate, Robert came out in late June. I also requested gutter estimate which his response was, 'that's a lot of work'. I'm sure it is. Never received anything back from Robert as far as an estimate but a phone call same day recommending I call my insurance company instead although I do recall him telling me he'd get me something back in a few days. I didn't try to get an estimate from him after the initial contact because frankly, it would be a lot of work. I called Apple because a friend had a good experience with them but I did not have the same at first impression.

  When the derecho hit we lost a couple shingles. It took awhile to get in contact with Apple Roofing, but they eventually sent someone over. The service tech was polite and understanding of our situation. We felt confident they could help us. Since that first meeting, it has been months since they have been out to replace our shingles. We ended up going with another company and that company came to our place and replaced our shingles the very next day. I liked everything about Apple Roofing besides the response time. They kept giving us times that they were going to come out and never did. The dates kept getting pushed back and in the end we did not feel valued as customers. Hopefully this was an irregularity, but we will not use this business again.

  Apple roofing replaced my roof on March 25th. I have a simple ranch about 16-17 square. They finished by 1pm. Cleaned up and it was like they were never there. I am happy with the work. Everything seems complete. Rains are coming so I will look for leaks, but I don't expect any. I am most pleased because they connected my bathroom vent that wasn't connected to roof vent at no additional cost. I would highly recommend. My only issue was my radon fan had a couple of nails and some debris. I had to take it apart and clean it out. I am going to message and make them aware. I am sure they make their installers aware of this issue and had to make sure this doesn't happen.

  We had some shingles blow off in a storm and needed some estimates. I called Apple Roofing and Elijah answered and said he could be out within a few hours of me calling. He looked over everything and then gave me his quote on the spot along with all the pictures he took of his findings. This was exactly what I needed. I didn't want to wait days to hear back or wait days for someone to come out and take a look. I had everything I needed to know within maybe 4 hours of me calling Elijah. Now that to me is service.
