While working on the roof, they ended up damaging my gutters and part of the exterior. What disappointed me most was that they didn’t inform me—I had to discover it myself. When I brought it up, they were not very cooperative in fixing the issue

My estimate was insane. 500$ a price for everything they put on roof. Check out lowes most they charge is 54$ a panel not to mention how much cheaper everything else was. I realize they charge more but 450$ more or higher a piece. I think will do ourselves for about 1000. Not 9000

Poor communication, sloppy workmanship, and they didn't finish the job on time. Had to pay someone else to fix their mistakes.

They started late, left materials everywhere, and the roof still leaks. When I called to complain, I was ignored. I regret ever hiring them.
