As discussed during our previous conversations and visits to your home, it is our professional assessment that the wood in question for the roof repair and window are in good shape regardless of their discoloration.   When I made my appointment I asked if they install skylights and if they can expand existing windows. I was told yes to both. When the guy came over for the consultation he said they don't do either of those things. I'd have to find a …

  HI Lindsey, we apologize for not sending the contractor list your way, and for the miscommunication of the work within and outside our scope. We install skylights and can expand existing windows, however a general contractor in our opinion is a better route to go for lowering windows due to electrical interference. We're sorry we wasted your time, and wish you all the best with your project.

  I had Retex back out to my place today to inspect a job that I paid them to fix about 1 1/2 years ago. The warranty was expired so I knew basically everything thing the guy would say before he said it. The issue did not reappear before the warranty period so it's the customers burden. I paid them to fix a problem. They accepted my money, so I'm down $1200 with the same leak as before.

  Would not recommend if attention detail is what you are looking for. Hired to replace soffit, gutters, and trim and after receiving invoice 8 months after the job completion, the management team offered to come back and fix trim work for an *additional cost*.

  Mark came to take a look at some small holes in the drywall for fear of leaking in the roof; took about 5 minutes to look, confirm it was mainly a drywall/settling issue, and gave a recommendation for a drywall/painter who could handle it for us! Extremely friendly and timely, couldn’t ask for anything more. Would highly recommend and will be using their services anytime we need something again!

  Had a great experience with this roof replacement.  As selections were being made, was provided with locations where I could see their work and information concerning available products and colors along with recommendations.  The crew was very good, took good care of the area around the house and cleaned up very well. Excellent customer communication and follow-through including progress pics and a drone footage.

  Retex was very professional from start to end. Communication was great and I thought the price was fair. Would recommend. They performed some repairs for me and replaced pipe collars. Not many roofing companies show interest in repairs if it's not a full replacement. However, since Retex was eager to repair my roof that is maybe halfway through it's life, they will be first on my list to call when it's time to replace my roof.

Mark Erickson came out promptly, assessed the issues thoroughly, and gave me his honest professional evaluation — all at no charge. Mark was knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful.   Retex did a great job fixing a long-standing leak issue in our balcony. Their people were very thorough in assessing and repairing the issue. We've had a few rainstorms since their work, and finally after years of persistent issues everything is staying dry inside!
