  Worst company replacing roof. Communication is poor, material was not enough, nexday shingles material different from previousdays bunch. Follow up takes long.Calls not answered by the main contractor. CONTRACTED PEOPLE DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT WAS ORDERED. Frustrated customer. I blame myself for trusting Chris and didn't shop arround.

There was not a shortage of material or a difference in material. The installation of your roof was completed within the estimated timeline.

  Employee quoted needed repair as two pipe collar replacements and missing slate tile at a cost of $1850. Additionally, employee stated roof is failing. Employee was unaware of recent collar replacement and pending second assessment two hours later. Second company verified no missing slate tile AND fully functional pipe collars. The actual problem is a leak at the elbow of ventilation pipe. I sensed an obvious attempt at extortion.

  Hi Cheryl, My name is Billy Kain and my dad and I own A Plus Roofing. We are a family owned and operated business and take bad reviews very seriously because our reputation and level of service is very important to us. In fact, we believe that our level of service is in direct proportion to our success as a business. After reading your review I spoke with our repair department manager and she sent me pictures from the inspector which I'll forward to you in the morning showing the missing slate. She also sent me pictures showing how the tiles on your roof are fraying and breaking on the edges consistent with a roof that is over 20 years old. Lastly, she sent me a picture of a pipe collar that had been temporarily patched with a new cover piece (not replaced). I can understand how the repair man came to the conclusion that the pipe collar needed replacing when the existing pipe has a patch on it and the elbow beneath it was leaking (leaks from above generally occur at elbows because that is where the pipe turns and the water drips). Once you see the pictures for yourself tomorrow verifying what I am writing, can you please re-evaluate or even remove your 1 star review? If you have any further questions or would even like for me, as the owner, to stop by and meet with you in person or take any additional pictures I'd be happy to do so. I may even be able to do so tomorrow afternoon. If so, feel free to call the office and ask for me to call you. Thanks, - Billy

  2 years. 2 years Ive been having to deal with this company. Ive heard excuses. Ive been ignored. Ive been insulted. 2 years Ive been trying to get them to fix my roof. They never once picked up any of their mess, leaving me to do it. They took over a dozen trips just to FIND my leak, which my dad and I had to point them to because they still couldnt find it. For over 2 months they ignored me and didnt come out. When they did come to fix the leak one of them tried to tell me that he couldnt fix it and needed to tear thw whole roof off for an ADDITIONAL 3000$. Im done with this company. They are useless and unprofessional.

  This is the third project over the last couple years that A+ Roofing/Doors has completed with professionalism in all aspects of each project. First was new roof, second was to replace landing at back entrance, then the last project was to replace front door, siding around door that was rotted out and remove old brick steps with the composite entrance. Howard and his support were the best to work on each project. We can not give enough kudos to each crew that worked on the projects. My wife even baked them cookies to have with their lunch one d👍👍

  We had a great experience with A Plus Roofing. From the initial inspection and estimate through scheduling and installation, Billy and the team were professional, responsive, and transparent.   Had roof replaced, work was completed very quickly and with high quality. Installers made an effort to keep area around house clean and removed all the nail and roof debris. Alex was great to work with and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.
