  The siding itself looks beautiful, and I want to give credit where it’s due: the crew hired to complete the work was great, professional, and did a beautiful job. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the company has been extremely frustrating because the job is still incomplete more than two months after the siding was finished. Before signing our contract, we were specifically told that our shutters would also be replaced. We used our insurance to replace everything, and the company assured us the process would be easy and that there would be no issues. Unfortunately, we still do not have our shutters. The biggest problem has been the lack of communication and follow-through from multiple members of the company’s staff. Our salesperson, Austin, made an error on the contract and then essentially ghosted us when we reached out about the issue. We were then put in contact with Luca, who promised to follow up with us every few days. Instead, the only time we received an update was after we reached out to him first, and even then the communication was very minimal. At one point, I had to contact customer service simply to get someone to respond to me. What makes this even more frustrating is that the company has now sent us an invoice even though the job has not been completed. I would have happily given this company a great review based on the quality of the siding and the crew who installed it. Unfortunately, good workmanship only goes so far when the company cannot follow through on what was promised, communicate with the customer, or complete the contracted work. We are now more than two months out from the siding being completed, still waiting on something we were told would be included, and having to repeatedly chase the company for answers. Beautiful siding, great installation crew — but extremely disappointing customer service, communication, and follow-through.   got a quote in Dec. 2025, we informed the rep that we were waiting for closing for the refinance mid Jan 2026 so we can pay in full. upon getting the funding it was very hard to get the sales rep back on the phone to inform them we wanted to move forward. when he finally came out he told us there was a price increase and it was several thousand dollars more than quoted. even through he promised he could still honor the quote. blamed everyone possible but his self for failing to keep his promise. the rep got very rude when I would not accept the higher cost and sign the contract. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HOME.

  Process was super slow, possibly due to the agent they use for insurance claims. I wasn't able to get a copy of tge original quote as it disappears one the insurance company agrees to cover the claim. So who knows how much it should have cost versus how much it actually cost. The workers killed 2 of my flowers by throwing the old roof on them. Multiple return trips required to finish properly. And they tricked me into buying gutters i didn't need. Totally not worth the headache, will not use again.

  We requested a quote on our roof. A male employee showed up and went inside our attic and then said he needed to leave and get a drone. He never came back. My husband called the company twice to inquire what happened and no one returned our call. Not sure what happened but we decided not to pursue any further.

  One of the worst nightmare experiences, we had with this company. The Shanco crew members showed up and offered to check the roof and see if there is any damage caused by the hail storm to the roof. After they checked it out, we have been advised that the roof needs complete replacement. They did replace the roof but they damaged the whole roof, gutters, and broke many 2/4 lumbers and plywood in the attic, and left ton of nails all over the place. When you have this company to do the business for you, please make sure to check everything before it’s crews leave.

  Shanco did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. From the estimation process with Ryan and Austin working through the options, to Alex the PM and his team delivering on the installation, the communication was great. They were timely, responsive, and did an excellent job. 100% would recommend.

  Shanco knows exceptional customer service! I had the pleasure of working with a youngman named Fischer. I served our country for 24 years in recruiting and HR, so customer service has always been one of my top priorties. When meeting Fischer he did not have a 'salesman' mentality, and was very personable and relatable. He explained how he came to be a part of Shanco. I was impressed that he stated he only worked with the company since Feb 2026. His knowledge, back ground of the company, and sincereness of sharing what the company has done for his family and can do for me had me under the impression that he had been with the company for years! He walked me through the entire process explaining in great detail what to expect, which i greatly appreciated. In addition, he did not come off as just trying to make a sale. Truly I see him continuing to be a valuable assest to Schanco! Thanks for showing there is still great customer service out there!!

  I am very pleased with the quality of work the Shanco crew did in replacing my roof. The salesman Micah Haynes and project manager Alex Dubinsky were very professional and upfront with process and expectations. I truly recommend this company.

  My experience with my new roof was excellent. My roof damage was from hail damage. I did not have to pay anything. The roofing company associates were all kind, courteous, cleaned up very well, & took care of the outside of our home nicely.

  Shanco did a great job with my roof replacement from start to finish. They were professional and transparent (no surprises). I would highly recommend using them for roof repairs. Travis Beale (Sales) and Alex Dubanoski (Project Manager) were excellent to work with.

  I was scheduled a appointment for 10 am no one showed up or even call.I was told it was canceled not true at all. I made the appointment for my day off .I try giving companies the benefit of the doubt but the always dissappoint and act like its ok .i dont do business with companies like that.
