Overpriced quote, but we agreed on a more reasonable price by getting lower quality materials. The installation crew seemed to do good work, but its hard to tell because the team tried to get around the permitting and inspection process. They lied about pulling a permit, and did the roof work illegally without a permit. They continually tried to misdirect me when discussing the permitting. The head of operations was supposed to call me about how unprofessional the project management was, but of course they did not call me. Dylan, Cameron, and Emily have completely lost my trust. I would be very surprised if there is not a more trustworthy roofing company in Metro Detroit.

Mason, thank you for sharing your experience, and we want to address your concerns directly. We want to assure you that a permit was pulled and your inspection is scheduled for today. We have provided documentation of this and stand behind the work that was completed. Jay, our VP of Production, personally attempted to reach you today and would very much welcome the chance to connect and walk through everything in detail. Please don't hesitate to reach out at (313) 241-0322 - we look forward to connecting!
