  I have been trying to get repairs from interior damage from a leak due to my 2024 new roof for over a yr now. I am so disappointed with this company now I am regretting giving them a chance over a much more popular company with more …

  We're truly sorry to hear you're frustrated, as that has never been the experience we want for our customers. After your roof was installed, we addressed the leak and it was resolved. At your request, the interior repairs were postponed until the spring. Because we do not perform drywall and painting in-house, we coordinate those repairs through trusted trade partners, and their scheduling has unfortunately contributed to the delays. We understand how disappointing that has been, and we sincerely apologize for the extended timeline and communication frustrations. We remain committed to completing the remaining repairs and would appreciate the opportunity to make this right. We are still committed to seeing this project through to completion and have been working with a trusted and professional drywall and painting contractor to complete the repairs. As we had mentioned last week, we will be in touch soon and have asked to have you expedited to the top of their project list.

  Gutters were improperly installed causing our church ⛪️ walls and stained glass windows to leak...mold in our basement fellowship hall on walls. The gutters were not anchored properly. They actually used uncovered wood behind the gutters. Regular wood nails used in between the bricks (cement/mortar). Our gutters came crashing down during the winter. They didn't put the proper extensions on the down spouts (as requested) causing the water to back up against our building and leaking inside cracking our drywall going into the basement...for starters...they came across as highly professional...beware

  I got a quote from these guys about 2 years ago for siding and gutters. It was the highest price out of all quotes I received. The salesperson came to my house and was essentially playing games with me..asking me if I could guess the right price and in doing so would take money off. I felt pressured into making a decision and I didn’t appreciate the games.

  Blocked my driveway without saying anything to us. When my wife asked them to move so she could take kids to school they refused. Zero professionalism.

  They will not provide you with a quote unless you are at the construction site, which they did not tell me. On the day of the quote the crew came to my house and had the office call me to ask where I was. After I told them (again) that the house is vacant, but that they could access the garage we ended the call and I was led to believe that they were looking at the problem. It took me following up a couple of days later to find out that no one did anything. Waste of time.

  I had a small leak in kitchen and reached out to a few businesses in the area. L & S was the fastest to respond. I believe it was Heather that answered the call and promptly set me up with a date and time when a representative could make it out to the house to go over what they could offer. Unfortunately my business was lost when dealing with the representative, they were on time and were quite nice. At the same time I was quoted for 32 squares (derived this measurement from google as he told me) when two other companies that came out after the fact told me my roof was only 25 squares. The representative used my least favorite tactic which is to use an impulse buy. I was give the spiel that if I went when them at that moment I would receive 10% of off my order. Then was offered another deal where if I had a sign on my yard for 90 days then another discount could be applied. The representative reached out to I believe the owner to see with having this advertisement guaranteed for 90 days what could be reduced by. When the call wasn't answered he knocked off another $1,600 (Implying he knew what the lowest cost could be offered by the company). I did not give L & S my business, this doesn't mean that you shouldn't since both a buddy and my dad had a good experience with them. I just would say they should vet their representation a bit more and use straight forward tactics which would have given you my sale. I gave this company two stars as I have seen their work and it is quite good, I don't want to knock the company complete just due to my experience being sub par.

  Couldn't be happier with the work these good folks did on our home. Matt was absolutely on-point at every stage from the first visit till the final sign-off, guiding us through the process and dealing with our barrage of venting questions. He showed up at every point to make sure everything was handled correctly. Katherine was great too, making sure everything went smoothly and we were happy and taken care of despite an unexpected rainstorm on install day. The crew was fantastic as well - really great guys who handled the job with speed and care, making sure the property was thoroughly protected and nothing was missed at final cleanup after a long day. We didn't find a single nail after they left (we have dogs, so we double checked). Top notch job at every step along the way!

From the first consultation to the final cleanup, this company delivered true five-star service all the way around. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable.   Highly recommend L&S Home Improvement!!! They are incredibly thorough, professional, and a great, local family owned company. Matt Castiglione was our sales person and he addressed all of our questions with our older home and its roof and gutter issues with ease insuring us they would take care of it all and they did! He is funny, personable, and truly understands all aspects of roofing. Both Matt and Kathryn personally stopped by during a pop rain storm to insure us that our roof was protected and came back again at the end to make sure we were happy with their work and the clean up (which was impeccable). Their crew was skilled, fast, and a pleasure to work with. As a licensed contractor, I will recommend them every time to any of my clients. And as a homeowner, I appreciated that they cared for our home as if it was their own and treated us like family.

  Where do I start? We needed a roof. We had an active leak that was starting to show on the ceiling in our bedroom. We reached out for quotes from 3 different companies. L&S was the first quote we received and I knew right away they were the company I could trust. L&S came for a consultation fully prepared with numbers, honest comparisons and a power point with information about their company. The sales associate Ryan was competent, answered any questions I had and provided a warm and welcoming environment to a stressful adult task such as buying a roof. We have a 1 1/2 year old puppy who took a liking to Ryan; and he was very understanding and accepting of our pet as well which went a long way. From productive to genuine conversation, I knew I could trust them! We were able to finance through their company which was huge for us. The job was done quickly and with amazing quality. The roofers were very nice and understanding of me and my dog being home and coming out for walks during their job. In comparison to companies out there, the price was reasonable and I could tell that Ryan was doing his absolute best to work with us on that as well. I would 10/10 recommend L&S! Thank you for the quality work you do!

  Removed and replaced shingles on 2100+ sq ft roof and replaced 3 skylights in 1 day! Everyone on the crew did excellent work. The clean up was great and a reasonable price. Tony did a great job explaining what was needed and giving us a good price.

  Overall we had a great experience. We appreciated the support from our sales rep. He kept us updated on the progress. The roof and gutter installers were friendly. I had a concern with a downspout. The installer did not hesitate to remedy it.

  L&S is an excellent company to work with. Great communication and responsive to questions. The roof installation was quick and clean the crew is very hard working. We also had our porch over hang rebuilt due to water damage and the guys did a great job showing us what needed to be done. This is the second time we have worked with L&S on 2 different properties and both were excellent experiences. Highly recommend!

  The installers Matt and Brian siding work on my garage and house. They care about doing excellent and it showed. They take time and make sure things are done right. Very pleased with the results, and the neighbors were impressed as well
