UPDATE 6/2/26 – AllPoint resent the quote on 6/1. It turns out they did attempt to send it on May 19, however, it was sent to the wrong email address. What’s concerning is the inconsistency in the owner’s response. In his direct email message to me, he acknowledged his mistake with the email address and apologized. He also indicated his office staff never told him I called. However, in his public reply to my review, he implied the issue was on my end by telling me to check my junk mail, without acknowledging that the email had been sent incorrectly. Those are two very different responses. Their reply raises even more concerns. According to Tom’s own email, his office never even told him I reached out—so either no one actually followed through, or there’s a clear lack of accountability within their team. If the office had done what they said they would and checked with him—or even taken a moment to verify the details themselves—this could have been resolved immediately. I made it clear I hadn’t received anything (and yes, I checked spam—I work in IT), which should have prompted them to double-check the email address and catch their mistake right then. Instead, this situation highlights their ongoing poor communication, internal disorganization, and a complete lack of accountability. At the end of the day, mistakes happen—but how you handle those mistakes is what matters. Owning the mistake publicly instead of shifting blame—especially onto a customer—would have gone a long way. So now I’m not only looking for a company that does good work and values communication, but also one that isn't afraid to take accountability and operates with integrity. As I said before: do better, AllPoint. ORIGINAL REVIEW 6/1/26: They do quality work; however, getting them to follow through is a completely different story. Tom, the owner, came to my home on May 19, 2026, to provide an estimate for replacing my back door. He said he would send the estimate later that day, but I neve

Thank you for updating your review and for acknowledging that the estimate was ultimately sent after we discovered it had been addressed incorrectly. After looking into the situation, the estimate was sent to the wrong email address on our end, and for that I sincerely apologize. While the mistake was unintentional, the responsibility is ours. We should have verified the email address sooner and followed up more thoroughly when you called our office. I also understand your frustration regarding the communication breakdown. Regardless of how busy we may be, our customers deserve timely and accurate communication, and in this case we fell short of that expectation. We appreciate the opportunity to learn from situations like this and have already discussed the matter internally to help prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your past business and for bringing this to our attention. We wish you the best with your project moving forward. – Tom Krechnyak Owner, AllPoint Construction

Had the house roof and gutters done on 4/21/26. Roofers cracked many of the fiberglass panels on my rear patio awning, causing many leaks. Reported the leakage, which allowed so much water under the awning that you couldn’t even sit there. I have records of emails, texts, phone calls to Allpoint over the past 5 weeks, trying to have it repaired. Because of their initial confidence that it would be fixed, I paid in full. Haven’t heard from them since. I regret paying before a fix, and wonder how their 25 year warranty is going to hold up. I can’t let the summer go by with the leaks, so I’m left to fixing it myself.

I called this company on Sunday last week . It said online they are open Monday through Friday 24 hours .I spoke to a lady named Amy . I told her I needed a quote for some Tuck pointing and some brick sills to be replaced. She said no problem. She asked when I wanted to be called. I said between 10 and 12 this is for this past Monday. I never heard anything back from them. I find it unprofessional and rude.

I don’t know about other projects, but I would not use them again for gutters. They’re just a pass-through. They collect the information on the Internet, up charge significantly and then subcontract out your gutter job to some other company. You works do better just calling gutter companies directly. The people were professional, and all of that, but they never disclosed that they were just a pass-through and they were going to subcontract out the work to an actual gutter company and take a large fee off the top. Save yourself some money!

Kate glad you were happy with the gutters and the guys were professional. We have 26 hourly employees including are own in house siding crew. We sub out overflow which is very common in this business. What you’re not understanding is that you can’t call them directly and get a better price. We get discounted pricing and if they came out directly they would charge you the same as us. Sorry for any misunderstanding .

When are you guys going to come fill in my yard from years ago???? Idk how this company has a 4.3 star. I paid 10k for a garage tear down because the company stated it wasn't savable. I had a concrete patio built. My yard was left in ruins and still in ruins. You're personal promised my yard to get fixed and they never did. It still sits with gaping holes. They never payed an electrician and left a live wire on my property. That they ended up taking care of after my dad was electrecuted. I was suppose to get my yard done after the guys truck got fixed.

I had Allpoint redo the roof to a House that I had bought. I was told that the roof would last for 50 Years!! It didn't even last 5 when I found out that it was improperly vented. Also a year before that I had leakage coming from the back which Allpoint rushed to finish late in the day. The Guy who came over had no uniform, was not in a Company Vehicle and sneaked off after supposedly fixing the problem. While I hired Allpoint because of their "Good Reputation" I find them to be shady at best. One example of this is a Guy by the name of Kyle telling me that because I changed my mind about using their financing on the roof that he refused to deal with me. Frankly, I feel that no Roofing Company is entitled to a lien on any property just to finance it. Even though Kyle was through with me I'm glad that I used Cash to pay for Allpoint's 50 Year Roof that lasted less than 5 Years. DO NOT DEAL WITH THE COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRECUMSTANCES!! If you do you may have to face the hell that I have had to endure from this less than stellar and reputable Company!! Furthermore while this Company now states that there was a warranty they provided nothing writing to that effect. Also nothing was said when I called when my roof leaked less than two years after the job that they did. As we all know a Warranty is only as good as what is written which from Allpoint was only an Invoice.

Ed sorry for your experience but Allpoint pulled all proper permits and roof was inspected by the city. GAF shingles come with extremely good warranty .

Allpoint re-sided my garage and installed new gutters. Workers were friendly and did the job in about 2 1/2 days. I would recommend this company do do your siding. I will probably follow up and have an upstairs bathroom remodeled. I’ll do another review after that project.

We had an outstanding experience with AllPoint Construction! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, dependable, and a pleasure to work with. They completed the job on time, kept the work area clean, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Tom, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and always took the time to answer our questions. Tom made everything easy and stress-free, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we were completely satisfied with our new roof. I highly recommend Allpoint Construction. Vinnie was a very knowledgeable salesman and did not try to upsell me. I had several other companies give me estimates; Allpoint was competitive in pricing. I went with them because of the explanation of materials used, why some were used instead of others, and the type of materials. Miguel and his crew were efficient and took care in doing the job. I had asked for additional venting on the roof and he explained why it was not possible. It's been a week and I found only three nails on the property. Only reason I did not give five stars: something was place on the easement that killed the grass there and in the front yard. 7/11/2026: So I liked AllPoint so much that I used them again to add gutters to my garage. I generally don't write reviews, but the roofers were OUTSTANDING. I would recommend AllPoint on them alone. I cannot, would not and will not recommend them for gutters. The work was done in May 2026. We needed to have rain barrels ready on stands so the gutters could empty into them for out three large raised beds. The salesman said 2 weeks or more for installation. Less than a week later, a crew showed up. We were not notified. No calls, no texts, nothing. We had not yet built the barrel stands. The crew made sure the gutters were level, so no water would drain. Once the stands were built, they had to come back. It was very difficult to communicate with the crew, since none of them seemed to understand English. When I complained about the slope , they dismissed my concerns until I insisted that the slope be 1/4" for every 10' and they finally sloped the gutters to drain to the barrels. I asked one man not to spit in my lawn, but he ignored my request. I wore shoes in my backyard until we had a really good rain. The amount of caulk in the corners were the adjustment was made was astronomical. We had to adjust the location of the barrels since they were flush against the garage and not centered on the stand. After

Roof Repair or Replacement? Know When It’s Time Not every roofing problem means you need a completely new roof. In many cases, catching damage early can make a professional roof repair the right solution. A repair may make sense when: · Damage is limited to a specific area · The majority of the roof is still in good condition · Leaks or missing shingles are isolated Replacement may be the better option when: · Your roof is approaching the end of its lifespan · Leaks or repairs keep coming back · Damage is widespread across the roofing system The best way to know is with a professional inspection. AllPoint Construction can inspect your roof, explain what we find, and help you understand whether repair or replacement makes the most sense for your home. AllPoint Construction provides professional roof inspections, roof repairs, and full roof replacements across Allen Park, Southgate, Taylor, Lincoln Park, Wyandotte, Riverview, Brownstown, Woodhaven, Trenton, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, and surrounding Downriver & Metro Detroit communities.
