The critical reviews

DO NOT USE! We had a deeply disappointing experience with this roofing company. After being asked to pay in cash upfront—supposedly to avoid taxes—they performed subpar work that was not up to code. Even worse, they left an open hole in our roof, leaving the attic open to animal entry. We brought the issue to their attention immediately and were told someone would come back to inspect and fix it. Since then, they’ve stopped responding to calls and texts altogether. As someone who works in the building industry, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and poor workmanship is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the trade. Hire someone who stands by their work—you won't find that here.

Everyone I spoke with throughout the window replacing process was very professional and clear with what was happening. The product looks great and feels a lot more substantial than what I had in place previously. The long term warranty was a big bonus as well!

This company was very professional from start to finish. When completing the job, they cleaned up as they went. They also placed drop covers over all of our other furniture.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Vasa Roofing West Seattle. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
